Best place for kids, wonderful activities, friendly , clean, workshops and games for family , good food. My favorite place in Romania for vacantion🥳. They have induse and outside pools, Cooking workshops, trips, cinema, teatre and a big space with table Games.

I had an unforgettable stay at Club Vila Bran! The spacious and comfortable rooms, along with the breathtaking mountain views, provided the perfect setting for relaxation. The restaurant was a delight, offering delicious and diverse dishes, and the indoor pool was ideal for unwinding. The kids thoroughly enjoyed the beautifully arranged garden, the fun and creative activities, and the adorable mascots that brightened their day. The animation team was exceptional, keeping the atmosphere lively and full of energy throughout our stay. Moreover, the staff was extremely attentive, always smiling, and ready to accommodate all our requests. I highly recommend this wonderful place for families or anyone looking for a relaxing and joyful getaway! We can’t wait to return!

We had a fantastic time at Club Villa! The staff was incredibly welcoming and we admire them for their dedication and respect of their clients. The property is so beautiful, and the room was clean and comfortable. The food was delicious! We will cherish our experience at Club Vila always. I highly recommend it!

I do not recommend this place. The staff is extremely rude, with a shocking disregard for customer service. After driving two hours based on what they told me over the phone, I was refused entry upon arrival. To make matters worse, they had the audacity to accuse me of lying, despite showing proof of our conversation. Additionally, a woman in our group, who had a toddler with her, was harassed by the staff outside while we were inside trying to sort out the situation with the reception. She explained the circumstances, but they showed no patience or understanding. If you want to avoid harassment and ensure your child is treated with respect, stay far away from this place.

My experience at this location was extremely disappointing. After receiving specific information over the phone, I drove two hours to get there, only to be rudely denied entry upon arrival. The staff was uncooperative and dismissive, even when shown proof of our prior conversation. Their attitude throughout the entire interaction was shockingly rude and unprofessional. Clear communication and basic courtesy were severely lacking, which made the whole experience unnecessarily stressful. I strongly believe that better staff training and a focus on customer service are desperately needed here.

Additionally, a woman in our group, who had a toddler, faced unnecessary stress as the staff outside were not accommodating, even after she explained the situation. I believe better communication and a more understanding approach from the staff would greatly improve the experience for future visitors.

Firstly I would like to say that this Complex is a 10+ stars. The people at reception and all the staff are professionals, all the time with a smile on their faces and ready to help in case you need them. The accomodation is awesome. The cleanness is flawless. They offer a lot of activities for the kids and also for the families or couples (bonfires and live concerts in the evening and so on). There are pools for the adults and also pools for the smaller kids. 2 outside with a panorama view and also sauna which is included in the accomodation fee. The food is exceptional, espacially the traditional romanian food. I would totally recommend Club Vila Bran for families with children but also for all categories of turists who would like to experience a 10* holiday.
