Cabins at Green Mountain, Trademark Collection by Wyndham

My husband and i and our 2 dogs shared a room with my sister and brother in law and we had plenty of room to move around. Both bedrooms had king size beds and attached bathrooms. Outside screened in deck plus we had a hot tub. They also offer a shuttle to take you to and from Silver Dollar City. Its 5 dollars round trip per person. Calvin drops you off and picks you up at the front gate. That's a huge plus for us because we didn't have to deal with traffic and parking or waiting for the tram to pick you up.

The staff is very friendly and easy to deal with and the shuttle service was excellent-Calvin, the driver, was very efficient(arrived at shows with time to spare) and was at the door when show was over and was very knowledgeable about the Branson area and restaurant choices. Was a very peaceful area, nice accommodations and amenities.

It is absolutely GORGEOUS there!! It’s something you’d see on the movies! The cabin was gorgeous and cozy! The staff went above and beyond!! We got into Branson hours before check in and they got us checked in before check in time, which was greatly appreciated! We loved it there so much we went ahead and booked our reservations for next Thanksgiving!! As a family we’ve decided to make Cabins at Green Mountain a Thanksgiving tradition! We highly recommend it! It’s perfect for a romantic getaway, a family vacation, etc!!!

We have been time-share owners at The Cabins at Green Mountain for many years. It is amazing how fantastic the customer service continues year after year. Kudos to Sharon, Calvin, Kellie, Savanna, and the rest of the staff. Sharon works very hard to bring good talent for the "Dinner With the Stars". Maintenance has done a very good job keeping the cabins in good shape. If you like rustic - you will love this place.

I was mostly disappointed that our cabin, while fairly clean, was very outdated and worn. The recliners had stains and were extremely worn out and the couch was in bad shape with torn and worn out cushions. The sink, tub/shower, and toilet were all dark green and showed every bit of hard water staining. Our biggest complaint though is that the tub/shower was really difficult to get into and out of. It was not standard size - it is tall and the door frame made it even higher to step over, which made it awkward and dangerous. The setup of the cabins is beautiful... they just need updated.

We had a nice time while there. Rode the van to Silver Dollar City and really appreciated the fact that I didn't have to drive and pay to park. We have been to Branson every three years since 2002 and have a timeshare at CGM. We had car trouble while we were there and a new coil and 6 spark plugs cost us $428.00 so we didn't go to any shows but have seen several in the past. We were there about 12 years ago and everyone with us who got in the hot tub came down with flu like symptons except me, as I have congestive heart failure. My son and girlfriend didn't go to Silver Dollar City as they felt crappy, my wife the same, and her cousin went to the emergency room on Saturday and got out Sunday afternoon. No one came by to check the hot tub or leave a note if we weren't there. I contacted by phone, the acting manager and he never returned my phone call. I wrote a letter to him and that went unanswered. Three years later, while we were at a sell more timeshare and points from some young man encounter, I told him of our experience three years ago and he said " are you blaming Cabins at Green Mountain for your party getting sick? I said " duh?' I was the only one who didn't get in the hot tub and I didn't get sick. This July while we there, a maintenance person came by to check on the tub. So things have improved on that item.
