All the staff was nice. The room was clean, but needs to be remodeled.

Although the room was clean and staff was friendly, the beds were not comfortable at all. We could not sleep very well. Much like sleeping on a bolder. We had 2 in our room and they were both equally unconformable. We also were told our stay would include a breakfast, it consisted of; honeybuns, muffins, cereal bars, or fruit. My husband is a diabetic and could not eat any of those choices. Not what I would advertise as 'breakfast'. Next time we come, we will pick a different hotel to stay at.

We chose this motel because it was pet friendy. A little dated but clean. Would definitely stay here again. Breakfast consists if coffee, juice, fruit, and pre-packaged cinnamon rolls and granola bars. But there are plenty of places to eat in Branson

I will not recommend this hotel. The rooms have no microwaves to use. The room we where in had no coffee pot, but had coffee in the room. The handicap room bed is not made for a handicap person. They are to high for someone in a wheel chair to get in. The handicap toilet is to high. The room we where in you could hear the people in the next room. People smoking a joint outside and making the air smell. aweful.

Hotel is under new management and they are in the process of updating and cleaning up the hotel. Supposedly a non smoking room, but smells like stale cigarette smoke as soon as you open the door. Inexpensive place to stay, you get what you pay for. Beds and pillows are comfortable. The room I was in was very humid even with the air on. Laminated floor is nice. But stayed damp and slippery. The bed sheets felt damp as well. Curtains and lampshades need replaced dirty and yellow from age and probably smoke. Bathtub could use updating, served its purpose just colored from age and not being cleaned good in previous years. Really didn’t hear noise from room to room. But could hear people going up and down the stairs, maid carts rolling, and the gate to the pool shutting. Would I stay again, yes. One last thing, maids need to leave the door closed when cleaning. I had so many flies in my room it was hard to sleep peacefully.

the hotel is being renovated but has a great deal of work to go. Walls were dirty, shower is old, room felt like being in a rain forest, curtains and lamp shades torn, box springs cover dirty. Floors are nice, pool is nice. Management provided a refund. There are way too many other hotels in Branson.

Very nice. Friendly staff. Room was clean. Needed a little updating, curtains and bathroom floor. The price was really great. If you want a clean motel ,great staff for a excellent price this is the place to stay. We will come and stay here again. Thanks for having smoking rooms, since my husband smokes.

We had a small issue at check in that was resolved quickly. Bed and pillows were clean and comfortable. We didn't spend much time in the room. The TV had cable so that was nice. It could probably use a little updating, but like I said it was mostly just for sleep so it accomplished our needs. Could use a little more cleaning, behind doors, grout, the corner of the box springs was showing. They need replaced. Would return for another quick weekend.
