The hotel staff were friendly and professional. Hotel restaurant serves good breakfast and lunch/dinner.

Good hotel, friendly staff, one of the best vegan optioned hotels I've been to in Europe. Really big and clean rooms, definitely recommend and will be coming back!

The hotel room was clean and modern with good ammenities. Has everything you would need for a comfortable stay. Location was nice too. Only a 15 min or short bus ride from city centre.

Great location just a few minutes away from the main train station on foot. Lovely breakfast. Helpful staff. Only thing I didn't like was the shower splashed everywhere, the guard was inadequate.

Great location near the station, and access to metro lines. Comfy beds and big shower room. Very happy with our stay here, and friendly staff.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The service is excellent. It is close to the main train station, about 20 minutes walk to the Old Town, there are quite a number of buses make a stop near the hotel including Tram no. 1 that goes by the Old Town. The bed is very comfortable as well as the bedding and pillows. The room feels a bit dark with the paint scheme but that’s just my own opinion. The breakfast buffet is quite good with a lot of fresh fruits and vegetables among other items. Highly recommended.

The hotel is spotless. Very well located with transport links. Breakfast was nice and staff quite polite. Hotel room as per pictures. Environment friendly. I would be staying again if I come back!

Great hotel for weekend city trip. Location location! Location was everything, short walk from the bus station. City sights within walking distance. Amazing breakfast, thought I was still dreaming with the quality & variety of breakfast, great way to start long day of sightseeing

The location is just opposite of main train station. The airport bus comes directly opposite of hotel too and it takes approximately 25 mins. The breakfast was great. The room is spacious and comfortable. The only drawback is there is not enough light and the room is a bit dark in daytime

1- 4:30pm check in so late but she give me rwo drinks reward. 2- Omit cleaning the room until i remind her

Very friendly staff, located in a quite neighborhood a bit outside the city center, and rich breakfast. Not as sound-proofing as they would like it to be.

My stay at Clarion Congress Hotel Bratislava was very pleasant. The rooms were comfortable and well-equipped, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location was convenient, with easy access to public transport and nearby attractions. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay in Bratislava.

Not a 4 star hotel in my opinion. Room was not clean. Location is not bad. Don't provide bottle water in room.
