Bom pequeno almoço. Falta de manutenção. Ótima vista, piscina interior e exterior 👌

I stayed at Tempus Hotel for 3 nights. Things I liked the most about my stay are the following: 1. The location and the views (even though it’s quite far from Gerês national park) 2. Very fast and smooth check in 3. The balcony and the view 4. The patio (by the restaurant) 5. The dinner at the restaurant The room was decent & spacious, a bit worn out, but overall comfortable. The pool isn’t big, and it produced some noises in the filtering section. There are a few things that could be improved: 1. The breakfast was very limited, and it was not replenished unless requested. I would not recommend adding breakfast to the stay. 2. We picked this hotel hoping to enjoy some spa treatments. We even mentioned that prior to booking. Once we arrived we booked 2 massages, and only some time later they told us the masseuse was on holidays. It was very disappointing. 3. Overall service at the hotel isn’t really smooth. It felt that the hotel is in need of proper management. 4. The sauna could not get hot enough due to poor insulation. For my next visits, I would consider other places to stay.

We picked this location as we were going to a music festival nearby and taking odd days to explore the area…in between we were hoping to chill by the pool. How disappointed were. The plastic tree that greets you in the reception, is a pretty good representation of what you are going to get…Fake, this place is soulless and fake, but what makes it worse, it’s “tired fake”. From the dirty grubby carpets and chairs, black scuff marks on the once clean white walls and the cheap Italian style melamine furniture now chipped exposing its self for what it really is .. cheap coated chipboard. The first night we booked a table for dinner, on our way out we thought we’d have a drink in the bar first. The bar was empty of customers and bar staff so we made our way to the restaurant. The food was so bad it was comical. The tenderloin I ordered was so tough it should have been served with a chainsaw on the side. Breakfast the next morning was the same odd, awkward experience. But one thing we did realise they were actually other people staying at the hotel, not couples as you’d expect in a spa hotel but large families with lots of kids. We made our way out for the day. On our return we thought we we have a few hours buy the pool, .not possible, the pool was full of screaming children. So next option, sit on the balcony with a drink.. the balcony walls had black mold on them and the wooden deck was almost rotten and didn’t feel safe. Anyway below you had more screaming kids playing ball games. The 2nd morning we woke up and noticed that the 2 coffee pods that we had on the first morning hadn’t been replaced, I asked at reception on the way out and was told I need to pay an extra 1€ per pod after the first night.? Also the shower gel and shampoo were not replenished after the 3rd day I had to go to reception again and ask for them. I could go on… basically this place made us miserable, so miserable we changed our flight home at extra cost and checked out 2 days earlier than we were booked in for, losing the money for those last 2 nights. I would not recommend staying here.

After reading the comments, I realized that AT LEAST since August 21 the TV AND INTERNET ARE NOT AVAILABLE at this hotel. The staff lies about it saying its temporary and 2 days later still nothing!! They set us up in a room for the dissabled, no chairs in the room (plus no tv or net) which made us feel very unconfortable in the room. Congrats to the restaurant staff, the food at dinner was amazing and they were quick and nice. Breaksast wasn’t plentiful but enough and overall nice.

O hotel é incrivelmente lindo e moderno, estando num local belíssimo e calmo. Ficámos com um quarto com acesso direto para a piscina, o que tornou a estadia muito boa. Pequeno almoço variado e delicioso. Fizemos uma refeição no restaurante do hotel e foi ótima. A localização do hotel é ótima para explorar a Serra do Gerês.

Espaço muito bom para passar uns dias de descanso e relaxamento. Os quartos são confortáveis, espaço exterior com piscina agradável e com um bar de apoio. Restaurante com oferta interessante e bem confeccionada. Todo o staff ddd uma enorme simpatia e disponibilidade.

Não recomendo o hotel! Somos uma família de 4 pessoas com 2 crianças. Escolhemos este hotel por 2 motivos. Um porque já cá estivemos e gostamos e outro pelo acesso á piscina interior, caso a meteorologia não nos permitisse usufruir da piscina exterior. Aquando da nossa reserva não vimos no site onde reservamos que a piscina interior estava limitada a 1h diária pois não está tão visível quanto deveria estar. Depois de fazermos a reserva e pagamento sem cancelamento gratuito recebemos um email com a confirmação da mesma e aí nesse e-mail é que menciona esta questão. Ainda nos disseram na receção que o horário que reservamos para a piscina interior, sim porque temos que reservar o horário, já podia não ter esperguiçadeiras para todos. Então limitam o acesso á piscina interior para conseguirem conforto e comodidade para todos os hospedes e depois não tem esperguiçadeiras para todos??? Se me tivesse apercebido deste ponto crucial para nós e acredito para muitos hospedes com crianças pequenas, que optaria por outro hotel e caso tivesse feito reserva com cancelamento gratuito teria cancelado. Além disso salvaguardam-se dizendo que vem nas informações do hotel que o circuito spa está limitado. Mas o circuito spa e a piscina interior são distintos. Muita informação nada coerente nos sites e contraditória.

Experiência péssima. Pagamos 300€ por uma suite e esperávamos muito mais pelo valor. Mal chegamos pediram nos o nosso cartão de crédito na recepção do hotel ( achei muito mau ficarem com os dados do nosso cartão bancário) e não tinham nenhum carrinho para levarmos as malas, no nosso casa viemos com um bebê e tivemos de carregar as malas todas sozinhos sem qualquer apoio. O quarto tinha luzes de presença na cama que não estavam a funcionar. O hotel não tem rede no telemóvel. O pequeno almoço não tinha praticamente nada. As 18h pedimos uma tosta mista e disseram que não servem snacks, ou seja se quisermos lanchar não podemos , ninguém faz. Achei muito mau para o preço que pagamos. É de referir que a casa de banho não tinha sítio para pendurar as toalhas nem onde por o sabonete.Não volto nem aconselho, parece mais do que o que é.

Enorme simpatia de todos os funcionários, quarto com excelentes condições, pequeno almoço ótimo, muito bom!!!....a repetir com certeza! Vista deslumbrante para o Gerês De salientar a localização...uma zona tranquila e calma.
