We booked the hotel for the room with two beds. but when we check in, the room is only one king bed. The stuffs took more than one hour, and they did not figure it out how to solve the problem. We are still waiting. Very bad experience. The stuffs refuse to pick the call.

Pros: great location, safe, clean. Food good but expensive. Better to leave the hotel and go to the mami water restaurant next door (to the right, facing the river) to eat which is even better view and location and better food and prices. Can also book a boat trip next to there. Staff mainly polite and helpful. Reliable airport transfers. Cons: service a bit erratic. In the main hotel overall good and friendly. In the outdoor restaurant, Le Feu des Saveurs, quite awful. Every time I wanted menu, order food, drinks, speak to someone I had to get out of my seat and go and find someone. It wasn’t busy but the waiter on duty completely ignored me and o have no idea why! Room minibar always empty, lift out of service to my floor on first day and no one seemed to know how to get me to my room . Evening atmosphere in lobby kind of sleazy.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good. However, the service wasn't good. I had to call three times for maintenance to fix my bedside lamp,but they still didn't repair it. i also found the shower virtually impossible to use. One should expect better from such an expensive hotel.

Very bad experience. Room not cleaned and when I asked they lied to me four times that they would clean it up. Had to cancel the rest of days and the refund has not yet been provided over a week later

Hotel has many nice amenities: on the river with views of DRC, yet rooms are a bit aged. Breakfast attempted to be western yet had some misses. Currently, best hotel in city. Try Paul Restaurant for a quality option with french options. There are huge suites facing water.

During my stay there were frequent power cuts (a few times per day). The generator always takes a while to kick in. As a result I was stuck in a dark elevator for a few minutes. Overall it feels like the hotel is poorly managed and in a state of disrepair. When it rained, the ceiling near the window started dripping, even though my room was not on the top floor. They moved me to the other side of the building on a lower floor, only for the same thing to happen again with the next (mild) rainfall. Needless to say there was no proper apology and/ or effort to make this up to me. In the gym all the treadmills are broken. The service is very inconsistent and slow. It’s a shame because the place has potential, but it is in desperate need of better management.

The service is terrible and the hotel is really overpriced at more than US$200/ night. Despite confirming before departure they forgot to pick me up from the airport. When you order a club sandwich with room service it takes an hour to arrive. They charge USD 26 for the sandwich. At Paul, the best bakery in town 10 mins from the hotel, the food is much better and costs a third of the price. All four treadmills at the gym are broken. I don’t know how Radisson corporate doesn’t realize that this location is a liability for their brand. Unfortunately, business travelers in Brazzaville don’t have other options, otherwise the Radisson would go out of business.

I have been staying at the Radisson Blu in Brazzaville regularly since 2019. There are inconveniences every now and then. However, the experience had generally been positive. The airport shuttle was reliable. The property was beautiful, and the rooms and amenities were comfortable. However, things seem to have changed significantly late last year. My colleagues and I have experienced frequent and drawn-out power cuts and internet outages. This recent trip truly stood out. My flight arrived late, and the driver was not present, which was not unexpected as the delay was about two hours. However, when I tried to call the hotel, the network was down, and my call could not go through. At first, I thought there was something wrong with my phone, but several strangers (including the police) and a colleague tried to call for me, but again, no one could be patched through. I was the last passenger remaining at the airport that night. When I checked into my room that evening, the room temperature was around 24°C. I thought the temperature would lower with time, but this did not happen. My room did not reach 22°C until 3 a.m. I tried asking the front desk about this problem three times during my week’s stay, and no solution was offered until my last day, when I was finally offered a room change. However, this room’s temperature was even higher than mine. It was difficult to fall asleep. I was told that the generators did not power the AC and were being replaced or repaired. Frankly, this was rather shocking since this hotel is part of an international hotel chain where a certain standard would be expected by their international clientele. I tried emailing the general manager with no response. When I asked to see the manager, reception said that he was out of the country. In fact, I no longer use the hotel restaurant or room service because the service quality is so lacking that I would rather not waste time. Every meal at the restaurant takes at least three hours. It would take 30 minutes just to be acknowledged by the staff. Getting the menu would take another 30 minutes. Once, a room service order took two hours with no recognition of the problem. Instead of asking for a hairdryer or whatever I may need at the front desk, I bring everything with me just to avoid these interactions. Lastly, the gym equipment is in need of repair. I notified the hotel several times that one of the ellipticals no longer works. Now, all four treadmills have torn belts. I am frustrated and disappointed with my recent experience.

The bedding is excellent, very comfortable blanket and thin pillows ! Staf was very kind. The girls at the restaurant le feu des saveurs are very helpful and thoughtfull. A special thank to Fransna who was very smiling and professional and who could become chef de rang after his great job at the room service.

I really loved this hotel. The hotel lobby and grounds were beautiful. Rudy and Sprisaint at the front desk were excellent. Very friendly and helpful. The restaurant, Il Taglio had the most fantastic service and food. The setting of the hotel is so nice, right on the Congo River. The gym is very good. And my room was so nice and peaceful. When I come back to Brazzaville, I will stay here for sure!

The air conditioning in my first room did not work. They moved me again and it was not working well in the second one. For the third room I asked to check to make sure the air was at least 20 before they moved me, we got to the room and it was at 22. They said it would drop; it did not. The second night I found Ziad a manager. He was great, very nice, very helpful. He found a nice room and made sure everything was in order. He checked with me the next two days to make sure everything was good. The staff were ALL very nice but the air conditioning did not work well. Thanks to all of the staff who tried and especially Ziad.

Need to improve customer service. Stupid things. Examples: 1. Gym manager loudly doing private personal training lessons remotely on his phone while staffing gym. Irritating! 2. Both times I was here the safe in the room didn’t work. Asked for it to be fixed took an hour for technician. Didn’t bring batteries. Came back 20 minutes later with batteries. Problem wasn’t batteries. Said would replace safe but never ever returned. 3. Coffee at breakfast cold. asked for hot coffee. Staff stared stupidly and continued doing nothing. Finally found another staff that gave me hot coffee.
