Gold Point is a very clean and well maintained place to stay. Our familyhas stayed 2xs and have enjoyedboth times. I loved working with Camille for our check in and she was always quick to respond with questions. We have stayed in both their regular townhomes and penthouse. Our family prefers the multi-level townhome. Everyone can easily spread out and have their own space. I also enjoy having the garage directly attached to a townhouse. The Penthouse is 1 level (@the top) and of course is at the top of the building, as a result, no attached garage. Both have beautiful views of the mountains and all the trees. So it's really about preference. Townhomes also have much larger primary bedroom, bathroom and kitchen. The drive is a bit away from downtown, but is worth it.

The location was great. Trails nearby. With great views of the mountains. There were a few issues but I would still book there again. Enjoyed the stay.

The unit was extremely comfortable and pretty big for a one bedroom and loved having the garage. The view from the balcony in building 7 was great. I liked the fact that they supplied the soap and hand cream by the sinks and the soap, shampoo and conditioner by shower and tub. The tub was a jetted tub, although I did not use it. All kitchen utensils were supplied.

We love spending a week each late summer at Gold Point. The view from our balcony is amazing and we can just sit and take it in for hours. Although it’s not a “resort” with pools, bar, etc, it’s a comfortable and restful place to just be in the mountains. With a full kitchen and lots of room, its perfect for friends and family to join for a few days together.

After being an owner for many years and paying higher and higher maintenance fees and seeing quality go down since Vacatia bought this location. I'm not interested in other Vacatia properties.

From the start of check I was so impressed! They were able to get us an early check in, no extra cost! When we checked into the lobby I was so impressed by how easy and informative Megan was! She told us about the history of the resort. She also gave us some amazing restaurant recommendations. We used her recommendation and went to Twist! It was incredible. The grounds were beautiful and our condo was so beautiful, clean, incredible views! We had such a great time!

Sitting on the terrace at Gold Point Resort is a gift. The view of the Breckenridge ski mountain is fabulous. The condo is comfortable and has everything you need to spend a few days or weeks. Gold Point is also close to trails that will allow you to walk into town and there is the Summit Stage bus to bring you back up the mountain if you don't want to walk uphill to the resort. There are also bike trails into town. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The is a large variety of restaurants available in Breckenridge - all types of cuisine, prices, and plenty of parking. Looking forward to our next Gold Point visit.

We had 7 people and stayed in their larger unit, no problem with space. We hiked flat and mountain trails. Did some 4x4, driving, there are trails everywhere. Saw some wildlife while on the trails.
