A short hallway leads to a spacious open concept living room, dining room, & kitchen. The gourmet kitchen has expansive granite countertops, dishwasher, and double-oven gas range. It has ample working space and is very well appointed, sure to exceed the expectations of the most discerning chef! Gather round the dining table with seating for eight or pull up one of four stools at the kitchen island, then lounge on the huge leather sofa and watch the boats cruise by through the large south-facing windows.
