Bluesun Hotel Marina

A little bit old interior-but after this season it will be renovated.Staff very kind and on disposal.Excellent location.

This hotel has an amazing view and the rooms are newly renovated. Very easy access to the beach. Great stay. We definitely recommend it. The parking is a little tight but the staff is very helpful to find a spot. The breakfast was amazing, especially the procutto omlette.

An excellent hotel in a great location - beautifully situated on the coast and freshly renovated. Fantastic family apartments and soothing surroundings of a pine forest. Very nice staff speaking English :) The food in the All Inclusive version is very tasty and diverse, including meat and vegetarian options, seafood, local dishes, fruit and vegetables, as well as pizza straight from the oven, sweets and ice cream. I highly recommend it!

It was a great experience for us for this season in Bluesun Hotel Marina Which is Allocated by Brela, I never meet before this kind of Great gentleman entire my visit, his so kind and friendly and very hardworking human being in such way thank you so much for taking care of my whole family until our last minute Mr. Arman I wish you for the best. You made our Holidays more enjoyable throughout your Services, I would like to suggest if someone came to Marina you must meet with him Once get some new experience from this Great Man and I keep my hope I will see you again, I really enjoy overall everything food was delicious and atmosphere was great room view had amazing.

Was in Bluesun Marina in august with my wife and 2 kids. Overall I would rank this hitel as a 3* although I think it has 4. Nothing special about the hotel except its location really close to the beach. Rooms are average, food is average, parking is way under average, too crowded all the time, often you dont have a free table at the restaurant so I have to give it an average review. Only thing that its above average is its price, and Croatia keeps surprising me with their pricing every summer. Would i go back to this hotel, I dont think so, would i come back to Brela, definately.

Pro: - Good location, at a wonderful beach; - Receptionists are very friendly. Cons: -Terrible waiting staff and management in the dining area! No professionalism and they behave like the guests are a burden; - The food is not hygienically served/presented; - The cutlery is not clean; - Parking is being charged; - There are ants in the room.

A beautiful and clean hotel, friendly staff, modern rooms, and a stunning sea view. The biggest downside is the parking and the restaurant policy. The food is below any standard, with poor selection and poor preparation. Also, the reception staff would need training, as they do not know how to welcome and bid farewell guests.

Positives The staff of the hotel were really cooperative and helpful. We went as a group of 8 family and friends. I had got an email sent to say we might arrive too late for dinner and to keep us some vegetarian food which they did. We kept asking for hot water from the bar which they provided politely. We asked the restaurant if they had vegetarian pizzas and they gave us a separate plate for all of us. Another night they made a risotto for us especially and the last night they made us some roasted Mediterranean vegetables served individually plus plates of pasta. We asked for a takeaway breakfast which they provided as we were leaving before their regular opening time plus opened a little earlier for us to just have hot tea/coffee and croissants. The hotel was right on the beachfront and many of the rooms overlooked the Riveria. We enjoyed a great long walk along the very well kept beach and safe paving. Negatives There were no kettles in the rooms. We like to have regular teas/herbal teas and hot water to drink. There was absolutely no entertainment in the evenings for adults. If the weather had not been so bad it wouldn't have mattered but as it had been raining incessantly and we were not able to leave the hotel some facilities/entertainment would have helped. The hotel was a little far from the main scenic towns so with the incessant rain we could not explore anything.

The Pros of this hotel: The staff are lovley and on the whole very helpful. It is on The Beach, which has amazingly clear water, it is slightly shingly and sun beds and umberells are quite expensive. You can purchase sponge mattresses for 12-16 euros very handy. The rooms are clean and towels are changed almost daily if you want them. The food is of good quality and varied, but sometimes cold a Microwave or two would allow a person to re- heat their food if required, waiters pleasent and tables are cleared quickly. Animation team are great but as most activities take place in the sister hotel you have to make enquiries as to times and locations, when you can find them.You can drink the tap water without any problems a bonus. The Hotel setting is in amongst Pine trees and is beautiful and views from the balcony the same. Cons: The landings are very old fashioned in design and resemble a prison. Their are several blocks and for the first two days we got lost trying to locate our room but there are plenty of lifts. The dining room is the same hard wooden chairs and very crowded and noisy. No tea or coffee machines are available with the evening meal and if you request some water you must puchase bottled which, as with all the drinks is costly. There are 65 steps to the beach and by the time you reach the final flight on a hot day you are knackered and need to sit down. All in all you get what you pay for.
