Easy check in/out processs, nice front desk staff. Overall good stay

Because of the positive reviews, I chose to stay at this place. The location is a 20-minute walk from the subway station, which is not too bad. The hotel is also not far from the airport and the subway line is rather convenient. However, I had to wait for 20 minutes when checking in, and parking required an additional fee. The price was not particularly cheap either. There weren't many amenities nearby. This place might be suitable for business trips, but overall, it's just an average chain hotel.

It was all good, except the key card for lift and room access was always a problem. I need to go to the reception couple times a day. The staff was very helpful though.

Hotel team was very friendly and lovely. Room was clean but sad that was impossible to open the window to get fresh air, good to us that in the room was air conditioner. One more minus that there wasn’t slippers, because we forgot ours. Breakfast in the restaurant was amazing 10/10.

El hotel es muy bonito y cálido. La habitación es muy grande y cómoda con todo lo necesario, la recepción es muy amable y amistosa. Y el en área de restaurante te atienden muy bien! Lo recomiendo totalmente ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.

Room were very cleaning quite thank to the cleaner Ioana I think here name was she always provided me with clean towels breakfast was very tasty and fresh, Karolina and Melinda looked after me at breakfast thank you girls definitely staying again
