Sertorelli Sporthotel

Fantastic hotel. We are a family of 3 adults, here for a ski vacation. The check in was very welcoming and smooth. We stored our skis in a large locker in the ski room and checked our room. The room is very modern- you need to book the “new” rooms as part of the hotel was renovated. We booked half board and must say that dinner at the hotel is superb. I’m gluten intolerant and to my surprise the manager of the restaurant offered special courses that are gluten free, including gluten free pasta, deserts and croissants. The restaurant stuff are very pleasant and knowledgeable. We loved the food offered for breakfast and dinner. We used the bar and enjoyed great cocktails with a little Italian twists. The spa at the 6the floor is wonderful. They have 3 large jacuzzi’s, few saunas, a steam room and 2 relaxation rooms with free tea. The spa facilities are top notch. Overall a great experience.

While the hotel service and shuttle were great, our overall experience was unfortunately overshadowed by the owner, Peter. His behavior was shockingly unprofessional, particularly in how he spoke to women, including my mother and sister-in-law. We had chosen this hotel to celebrate my brother’s honeymoon, booking multiple rooms, but were deeply disappointed. The website was misleading—there is no swimming pool, just three generic lukewarm hot tubs, two of which were out of service. The rooms were also a letdown; they advertise renovated accommodations, yet ours looked straight out of the 1990s. Despite the occasion, no upgrade was offered to the honeymooners, which was disappointing but not nearly as troubling as Peter’s conduct. His attitude was beyond unprofessional—it was outright hostile. Attempting to speak with him felt like reasoning with a tantrum-throwing child. Shockingly, he even called the police on my sister-in-law when she calmly tried to discuss concerns at checkout. His behavior was not only embarrassing but completely unacceptable for someone in the hospitality industry. That being said, the rest of the staff were wonderful, and I feel for them having to work for if you can even call him a man. I'm sure the staff have plenty of stories to tell about him. Peter, I know you'll read this, and it's unfortunate that you haven't matured enough to appreciate the family business that was handed down to you. You should take a moment to reflect and be grateful for the position you're in—because without inheriting this business, your prospects would likely be much different. I hope others read this and choose to spend their hard-earned money elsewhere, where they will be respected and treated as valued guests.

This place is incredible. Everything about it is amazing. The rooms and the views are breathtaking. The food is delicious. The wellness centre is unbelievable and a perfect place to go after a great day on the slopes. The location is perfect but most of all the staff make you feel like family. Nothing is too much trouble. We visited with family with people between the ages of 5 and 74 and we all loved every minute of our stay here.

this a hotel trying to be a 4 star but comes up short! we were charged 3 euros for a bottle of tap water every night at dinner when it should be free they refill the bottles not what you would expect for a proper 4 star hotel, the heating system in our room was hit and miss, must be on timer for the whole hotel, also got charged 15 euros for the use of a kettle was told our room wasn't on the list for 1 as only a comfort room we have stayed in 3 star hotels and had tea and coffee making facilities in the room free of charge. these may seam trivial but these should be free in a 4 star hotel, the rest of the service was very good the room cleaned every day and sheets changed regularly, the food was top notch breakfast had a good selection and the waiters were on the ball. We would stay there again but will take our own kettle and will not have the water at dinner unless it is free.

Sertorelli offers a wide range of facilities, including a recently modernised spa zone with various types of sauna, baths etc to ease tired muscles. What really made our stay special was the team’s service - especially Luca on reception and Christian and Julian in the (fantastic) restaurant. Dietary restrictions were not just accommodated - but made to delight, with special meals prepared to my son’s request. Shuttle bus takes you the few mins to and from the gondola. All in all, a very relaxing stay.

What a fantastic vacation and 1st time stay at the Sertorelli Sport Hotel!!! Luca, Karla and Sara were amazing and so hopeful to work with. From the moment we arrived until we departed we felt like family. The food was fantastic, the location was perfect! Just steps from the village center. Loved having the complimentary morning shuttle to the lifts and back to the hotel at the end of day....although very easy to walk from the trails as well. The spa was great as well! Kids enjoyed it until 5pm and then it's adults only which was pleasant too! We can not wait to book another holiday with them again!!!!
