What a wonderful hotel. Antique wood everywhere giving a rich architectural character. Reception, housekeeping, bar and restaurant give a very professional service staff and are amazingly friendly and helpful. Our suite was very comfortable, with a stunning view of the Matterhorn and the pistes. Only 50m from the chair lift and an always available hotel shuttle to the main bubble. The breakfasts are excellent and only surpassed by the gourmet evening dinner menus. It is really central to the old town with two excellent restaurants only 15m away. We were so impressed as casual diners in Bucaneve for one meal last year that we booked the hotel for 2025. Email and phone communications were excellent. We have booked again for 2026

We have been many times before. The welcome is always warm and enthusiastic. The rooms are extremely comfortable and everything is done to make guests feel at home. The food is delicious- plentiful and local and wine recommendations are always spot on. Extra joy is the spa after a days skiing

We had the immense pleasure of staying at this simply perfect family-run hotel for 2 weeks over Christmas and New Year 2025. We've stayed in some of the best hotels on all continents and can tell you with absolute certainty that the level of staff service level here matches the 7* Burj Al Arab - the warm, friendly and professional dedication of the staff here in every department are a benchmark. The hotel facilities are good, particularly the Spa is very well-equipped with outstanding treatments and reasonable prices. Great restaurant - both at breakfast and for evening dining too, well complimented by probably the best wine cellar in Cervinia. We booked again for next year as we checked out. We have just returned from the most fantastic stay at this wonderful hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff couldn’t have been more friendly or helpful, making us feel truly welcome. We stayed in a spacious family room with our children and there was plenty of room for all of us to relax comfortably. The breakfast was exceptional, as was the restaurant where we enjoyed a few evening meals. The Spa was another standout feature—well appointed with exceptional massages to help ease aching muscles after plenty of skiing! The hotel’s shuttle service was a fantastic addition, which we found incredibly convenient during our stay. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. Being family-run, it’s clear that a personal touch is at the heart of everything they do, leaving us feeling genuinely cared for throughout our stay.

First and foremost, all of the staff we encountered were so lovely, friendly and helpful. We were given such a warm welcome, and all the hotel staff were just great with us and the children. Room was lovely with fantastic views, and the spa and pool were just lovely. Bar was great to relax in and the breakfast was very nice indeed. Ski/boot room was also perfect for what we needed. Would definitely return.

Lovely hotel with great decor and great rooms. lovely spa and pool with heated loungers and great relaxing activities. The staff were amazing and very friendly and helpful, the barman was also very friendly and always up for a chat. Restaurant was lovely and we had a nice chat with one of the staff working. Breakfast was also amazing and there was a lot of choice. The hotel was in a lovely alpine style which fitted the place great, and it had a ski room with lots of space 10/10 Would recommend

A great little hotel in the centre of town. All the staff were friendly and the property location is perfect for the slopes and the restaurants. The spa area was very good especially if it was a non skiing day as we enjoyed and great few days in Cervinia. Paula was so helpful on the front desk.

Fantasic family hotel with friendly, personal staff and glorious Italian cuisine. Rooms in an old style with good beds. Cosy bar where you can sit and relax.Great SPA and situated in the centre, only 3- 4 min walk from the lifts.

We had a wonderful and pleasant stay. Nice breakfast, spa, bar and restaurant. The rooms are clean and well kept, and every little detail is in place. Amazing staff who are friendly and helpful and made us feel very welcome. The skilifts are very close, and you can rent skis across the road. If you have a car you can park it just outside the hotel. We hope to come back one day!
