We always stay here the night before going to val theorems ski resort and always receive such great service. The staff are accommodating and friendly and the location is excellent for us. The breakfast is quite basic but there is normally something for everyone. Will be returning again in march 2024.

This hotel has the potential to be really great, but it is very tired and definitely in need of a full renovation. No way is it a 4 star! That said, location is great. Bedrooms are a good size and clean, staff were lovely. Breakfast expensive for a limited buffet. And there should not be a charge for the ‘spa’. It was a small pool, steam room and sauna. Jacuzzi wasn’t working nor were the jets in the pool. This whole area also needs a full makeover. Disappointing as the photos online really made this hotel look a lot better than it is.

The hotel is in the centre of Brides Les Bain, near the bus stop tourist office. It is a big building with modern forniture. My room has been upgraded for free. I had a big room with two balconies. The breakfast is very good good. The thermes are not connected to the hotel and there is no special reduction for hotel guests. Inside the hotel there is a SPA.

This hotel would be a great choice, if you wish to save some money and be within the walking distance to the Gondola. Gondola can take you directly to Mirabel ski slopes. Hotel has everything for a nice stay - nice clean rooms, premise to store your skis and spa. However, the lowlight of the village is the limited quantity of goods restaurants and if you are looking for a nice dinner, you will have to drive to Mirabel, Courchavel, or even St. Marin.

The location is good if you want to be close to the ski lift, but that’s about the only good thing. The facilities look like they used to be good 10 years ago but have not been refreshed. The staff have no motivation and most speak no English - the lady at the reception does not even try to understand English or any attempt of French (our is not great). With the different people we interacted you get the feeling that they could not care less about guest satisfaction. The spa pretends to have restrictions where you need to reserve, but there’s nobody there to check who’s coming in, so at the end of the day it gets very crowded and there are no towels. Breakfast is ok Bottom line, if you get a cheap rate and know that you’re getting maybe 2 or 3 star standard then go for it, but not worth above that

Worst hotel ever! Not a meal, not a room service, ridiculous!!! They simply don’t care if you have children… they simply blame COVID for everything. DONT GO THERE!!! The parking is hidden, no one tells you where it is, by the way, no one helps you on nothing!!!

Changé de chambre non conforme à la réservation ce qui est réccurent chez eux et prétexte à faire payer un supplément, accueil catastrophique (ne savent pas saluer correctement les clients, le comble pour un accueil en hébergement), personne mal encadré, équipements HS, d'une saleté inimaginable, vitres sales couvertes de toiles d'araignée, rebord de fenêtre avec insectes, fauteuils des salons recouverts dauréoles., Salon d'accueil dans le noir avec un grand écran hors d'age diffusant n'importe quoi,. Non seulement si vous souhaitez avoir vraiment la chambre réservée, il vous est demandé un supplément mais en plus elles sont sales, mal insonorisée, envahie par la fumée de cigarettes; La fumée de cigarettes dans cet hotel entièrement non fumeur est admise, donc si vous êtes indisposé, c'est à vous de partir ou de supporter. Légalement, l'hotel ayant fixé la règle 'entièrement non fumeur' doit impérativement la faire respecter, l'infraction peut être constatée Quant à l'accueil, vous ne serez pas en sécurité, au moindre problème, le réceptionniste actuellement en place qui se targue d'un parcours hotelier mensonger et sa soi disant responsable, vous invectirons. Je mets en garde les personnes seules sur ce grave manquement, l'agressivité et le manque d'éducation sont leur seul point fort (ironique) coté restauration, c'est une véritable honte. 35 euros pour ces plats non gouteux sans aucune recherche et d'un service qui ne relève pas d'une formation hotelière On vous dira que l'hotel est dans cet état suite à un futur supposé rachat, ce qui est faut, ils ont laissé ce batiment se dégrader depuis des années et le gros problème est la gestion. C'est un des plus mauvais hotel que j'ai pu visiter en terme de rapport qualité prix et en terme d'accueil et de gestion. Il n'est pas normal qu'il reste en 4 étoiles.

passer votre chemin!!!! triste a mourir! pas meme un bar pour prendre un apèro!!! suis handicapée, on m'a facturé 10 euros de supplément pour me faire monter un petit déjeuner en chambre .une salle de restaurant avec 3 serveurs pour servir à peine une dizaine de clients.pour des raisons médicales j'ai du écourter mon séjour.de ce fait, j'ai demandé à parler au directeur afin de trouver un arrangement avec lui, compte tenu que j'avais déjà réglé la totalité de mon séjour. sauf que c'était un week end, et que personne de responsable était là!!!!! bien triste expérience, surtout quand vous êtes malade, et que vous venez pour changer d'environnement MIZOUILLETTE
