Hilton Barbados Resort

It is a beautiful setting but staff were abrasive, hotel showed signs of wear and tear and hot tub wasn’t available for the majority of my stay. There are cabanas on the beach that you have to pay for so just be careful as this isn’t advertised. They also offer day resort passes so minimal service around the pool for guests staying in the hotel as these guest are more cared for. Overall, disappointed considering the astronomical price I paid. Also, wrote a letter of complaint and haven’t heard anything from management.

Very good staff

Excellent. The views were breathtaking and the staff were very kind and courteous

Good location close to Savy Beach, not too far from Bridgetown and other destinations. Beach on resort is not usable as a lot of seaweed 24/7. Breakfast decently priced for buffet but need more options for food. Maybe a waffle maker and non pork meat options. Gym on site was really good with functional equipment. Rooms dated but clean. Shower good water pressure. The Grill has good food options and enjoyed watching cricket there. Lastly improve on menu for kids. The pizza was terrible and needs to be improved.

The rooms advertised when booking was nothing like what we got

Highly recommended, we always choose this hotel as it is at the best location on the island. We enjoyed our stay.
