Had an excellent stay with exceptional service from the bar and restaurant. Steve and Michelle, two great bartenders, are always upbeat and helpful when I drop in. They know my drink and those of many of my colleagues. On this occasion, I was chatting with them when the Chef walked up - Jeff. I mentioned that I was headed across the street for some Chicken Piccata when Jeff offered to cook it for me at the hotel. It wasn’t on the menu but it was delicious! I really appreciate the fine meal and the extra effort.

Stayed here many years ago and like then this is a lovely hotel that has never lost its appeal. On arrival the staff were so friendly and welcoming, I was in room 219 which overlooks the front car park area. The room was fresh, clean, comfortable and had all the required amenities of a Marriott with added touches. The hotel interior, facilities and public areas are timeless and maintained to a very high standard. The food available at the bar was nice, I had the salmon which was well presented and tasted good. The bar staff are on top of their game and ensured at all times everyone was being attended to. I did not have breakfast during my 5 day visit so I cannot comment. I hope to be back in this hotel in the future and always recommend to others.

Awful customer service. I reserved a 2 queen room to travel with my family for my son’s lax tournament. When I tried to check in. I was told no 2 queen rooms were available. I was given a king and roll away. I was they were double booked. We are a family with 2 queen reservation but no 2 queen beds were available.

I spent 2 nights at the Bridgewater Marriott with colleagues in Dec.23. The rooms are well equipped and comfortable. The lady at the reception, and staff in general, were super friendly. The gym was very well equipped and the pool was nice, even though not very deep for a good swimming experience. However, the restaurant and bar were closed during our stay. While there are some dining options around, it would have been nice to also enjoy a few drinks with my colleagues at the bar, particularly since we were a few days before Christmas and thus entering the festive season.

Nice place to stay if in the area. Clean rooms, excellent exercise room, nice pool with to plenty of towels, plenty of parking. Lots of restaurants and shops near by. Very easy check in and check out via app, able to use mobile key so you really don’t even need to visit the front desk at all. Concierge lounge was closed as we stayed over the weekend however complimentary breakfast for elite members.

Standard large hotel. Truly insulting to make internet service a per-day, add-on, especially when even the least expensive lodging establishments typically provide free internet. For that reason along, and to get the attention of the corporate accounting hack whose responsibility it is to milk their customers for every last penny, I''m giving it a one-star; but also for the money this is mediocre and over-priced. Lighting was so-so, bathroom fan didn't work, shower light didn't work, strange noises (burbling plumbing noises), soundproofing from room to hall is poor. Poor seating and functionality for two people. I'd find a substitute next time i'm in the area.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL. They had no heating at all and that is the Hotel policy during this time of the year (I stayed from Sept. 13 till Sept. 20). They do NOT issue refunds. A live BUG WAS FOUND IN my bed. They did not compensate at all for the inconvenience. They REFUSED TO GIVE ME THE INCIDENT REPORT. The bedroom did not have any item you need unless you ask for that. You have to ask for that. The attached photo shows the spider web they had in the hotel. What a shame. THIS IS THE WORST HOTEL I EVER STAYED IN MY LIFE. The lunchroom had spider webs on the interior windows. See attached photos. One of the the managers with last name that starts with letter "A" was really rude and very unhelpful rushing me out saying "I have to go". This hotel is a joke junk place. This place will not allow me to attach the photo with the spider web in the lunch room.

As a business we do a number of trips to the US for 10days at a time. It is important to find a hotel that feels like home. Jennifer took great care of myself and my wife always there to help. She couldn't do enough to make us welcome. In addition her assistant Grace was equally helpful. So much so that we have switched other staff to the Marriott. We will be making this the hotel of choice for BAP

We did a bus tour to New York City and this is where we stayed. It’s about an hour away from the big Apple. The room was nice. Comfortable bed. The staff was great. The breakfast was included in our deal and there was a wide variety of food and the food was good. We had dinner there. Basically chicken wings and beer. A bit pricey but good nonetheless. There is a mall across the street but we didn’t have time to check it out. I recommend this hotel.
