I and my partner Allison stayed at the Mont Millais 22-24th Marcn '24. The room, 6, was lovely and clean. The breakfasts were nice too. On Saturday morning i put the shower on outside the cubicle, it was very hot, i tried for 30 minutes to try cool the hot water without sucess. I told the lady making the breakfast about this, she said she would call the owner to send an engineer to fix the problem. Upon return to the guest house that evening, the problem still hadn't been resolved. I told the lady down stairs on Sunday morning making breakfast. She apologised and stated she had let the owners aware. I told her if an elderly person or vunerable adult had got in the shower, they would have been scalded in seconds. I didn't receieve a call , text Saturday afternoon to say this had been resolved. I paid £198 for 2 days stay and couldn't have a shower! I phoned the Mont Millais when i got home Sunday without answer so sent a text to explain the above. I am still awaiting a reply 24hrs later! The Millais was un maned during our stay apart from the lady making breakfast. It appears to me, the management don't care about there guests! I and my partner won't be staying here again!
