Really nice rooms with super fancy lighting behind the bedframes. Perfect location like 10 minutes from the airport. Everything was brand new. Even the bathroom layout was cool. Best hotel I’ve stayed at for the price in a long time. Also the free chocolate gifts were a nice touch

Ceiling was clean. Everything else was subpar. Really one of the poorest excuses for a hotel I’ve encountered. Cheap fixtures, no lamp shades, dim lighting except for light coming from the parking lot, damaged table and chairs, a TV that didn’t work and when repaired by staff offered 9 channels. A Choice property and given a choice go elsewhere.

I'l make the review as fair as possible. This appears to be a hotel that is bing rebranded as a Clarion Pointe so things are still changing and it looks like for the better. The pros: good location off the highway and near many things. New businesses around the property. Room was very clean. Check in/out was easy. Manager seemed friendly. Bed was firm with plenty of pillows. And would you believe there were two charging stations for electric cars! Now what you might not like, based on my experience in my room. I was on the first floor, but be aware there is no elevator to the second floor. My room had what looked like an epoxy floor, and the lighting in the room reminded me of the Steampunk look. And there were White Noise machines in the hallway. The bathroom was super clean but TINY. I am 5'11 and 200 lbs and it was hard to turn around with the door closed. The sink was outside of the room-the faucet was loose and the drain stopper didn't work. Furniture was shabby. No clock, no coffee maker. Big wall mounted flat screen tv but no instructions on how to make it work and no one to ask. A/C was noisy when it cycled on. And the breakfast? And the coffee? The good news is that it doesn't cost extra AND there is a Dunkin' Donuts an easy walk away. So you decide. Looks like it is on the way up but time will tell.

Never again. Terrible extremes of good and bad management. I checked in with a decent manager named Silas, but things went downhill after that. Paltry breakfast except for decent coffee. Two days later on Sunday, an offensive person , who called himself the boss , evicted me at 11 AM , in spite of my prepaid confirmation of advance reservation,,with Priceline, without warning, because he “needed the room for a large party coming in “. When I couldn’t pack fast enough, he called the police to usher me off the premises ! Totally unacceptable. What an unprecedented abuse. Reportedly owned by the same people who mistreated me at Best Western Signature Hotel in Brighton., also on my Never ever Return List, as posted on trip advisor and Facebook. I reported both of them to corporate office. Use your voice and your money wisely. Rudeness is unprofessional and should not be tolerated by anyone, especially in the rude of public service.

I can see they tried to rebrand this hotel but definitely went as cheap as possible....Air conditioning is old and can barely work as well as sounding like it could explode any minute......Tiny bathroom with the sink in the room outside the bathroom...I have seen this at other choice hotels but usually the bathroom is still a little bigger.....the mattress on top of a cheap black frame was a bad idea....squeaky and just super random...For $200+ a night this was not up to par and this was the first time I have stayed at a choice property for many years and will most likely not repeat this mistake again....back to Hilton/marriott for me
