Leonardo Hotel Brighton recensioner

Wonderful hotel, so clean and a few steps from the car park. Delicious breakfast and walking distance to the seafront and shops

Location is great, right by Brighton station  Car park right opposite  Very convenient  Staff are nice  Room very clean Shower water pressure is very good

We had an amazing stay, the location is absolutely perfect! It’s clean & comfortable! Will be back again!

I didn't intend to stay here, I confused this hotel with the seafront Leonardo Royal, and I was told by a taxi driver that it's a common mistake. I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. It has a bright reception area with a bar , restaurant, and breakfast area. There are also a few toiletteries and snacks available to buy. The staff are efficient. My room was on the fifth floor with a view across the town. The room was very clean with a first-rate bed, largish tv., Espresso machine, a well stocked hospitality tray , slippers, toiletteries, a Mini fridge and a safe , although you are advised to leave valuable items in the reception. I slept well, I didn't really hear any noise from inside or outside. The televisions have restricted sound.There are key cards that not only open room doors but are required to call the lifts on the ground floor. There is a small selection of food available, pizzas steaks , pasta, fish and chips, and other pub favourites. Breakfast is taken in the extended restaurant , there is a great selection to most guests, continental cold cuts, fruits, yoghurt, porridge, cereals, pastries, smoothies, etc. Guests can set themselves up for the day. The seafront is approximately 15 minutes walk away, the quickest route, and it's downhill . The railway station is literally just around the corner, so this is also a good spot for those delegates attending conferences in the hotel. Overall , I had a pleasant stay and would recommend it to others.

We had a good time staying here, the location was good. The breakfast was good and the room was clean. I enjoyed the shower so much, too. It's a good hotel for some fun time in Brighton.

Just opposite the public car park and train station. The breakfast is really good, well decorated hotel, the room is clean.

Clean and near the train station. About a 20 min walk into town and the seafront but friendly staff Got breakfast through Too Good To Go app and was ok.

Lovely staff, convenient location and despite being so close to the station, absolutely zero noise! wish the heating was a bit better though, air conditioning worked yes but the room was very cold at night

I stayed an extra night due to unforeseen issues with my travel and the lovely reception staff helped me keep the same room so I didn’t have to wait around with my things until check in time! Lovely comfortable beds, lovely room and very helpful staff :)

We stayed here a few years back and decided to stay again on this trip, as it’s so well located by the station and in easy walking distance of everything. We were disappointed with the room it looked shabby, the toilet was difficult to flush and it was very noisy if you opened the window. We decided to have breakfast in the hotel on our last morning. It was so badly organised. I waited over 15 minutes for bacon by which time there were no eggs or mushrooms and my warm bread - let’s face it it’s either warm or burnt - had gone cold. Not worth the money at all.

Came for birthday celebration, nice room and great breakfast. Reception staff was very friendly

A really nice hotel with a really great breakfast. Very comfy and clean. Simona at the front desk was so lovely and made me feel like an old friend.

I was pleased to find that the Leonardo was right next to Brighton train station. Just what a weary traveller needed! The staff on reception were friendly and let me check in early after my suitcase had been misplaced at an airport. The room was light, airy and you couldn't hear the trains. It was clean, spotless, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was particularly comfortable and I had a great nights sleep. The hotel is close to the town so easy to walk to the shops, pubs, clubs and seafront. I will be returning to the Leonardo ☺️

Handy location by the station (and so a pleasant / short walk to the laines/royal pavillion and down to the seafront, clean modern rooms, lots of choice at breakfast, though attention to a few details there would make it 5/5 (coffee from the bean to cup machine didn't seem very strong, sliced cheese wasn't very flavourful, salady bits were very fridge cold, extensive bagel selection (tbf) would have been even better with access to a spreadable cheese or similar.) would stay again when in the area.
