Britannia Study Hotel recensioner

Positive: check-in and cleanliness of the room and building. Women working at that are professional. Negative: breakfast and the girl working there… awful. I took a dirty fork, ao I decided to leave out from there. She was just whatsapping while we were having breakfast. When the others finished, she noticed the fork was out and put again with the other forks. Disgusting… Room is not so comfortable as it looks in the photos. Bad quality in everything, including breakfast.

Room is so clean. You have a lot of meal to choice other than those pictures.

No room slippers provided, the location is good, the room is spacious.

Avoid room 232 if possible. It’s beside the fire escape where people gather to smoke. So you need your blinds shut so no peeping toms !

There were no telephones, but the receptionist was friendly, the breakfast meal was decent

I was worried at the beginning after reading all the negative reviews but guess what guys , it was one of my best stays in the uk , i can give this hotel a 5🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 ✅

So I used £100 to pay for a hotel which doesn't provide hot water as they explained they got the high amount of people. We had to wait until the hot water came for shower. At 11pm there is a receptionist knock our door, opened our door as we felt asleep and woke us up to say we asked for room change which we didn't. The location and breakfast is good but not gonna come back for this hotel. A bad experience not recommend and worth
