Nice view and good location. The lobby is also fine! Will come back here again

Pros: This hotel is a stone throw away from the beach and commercial areas. Clean rooms and facility. I like the spa facility because they have gym, pool, steam room, and sauna. It’s very relaxing. Our breakfast is the highlight of our stay. Lots of food choices with a view of the beach and Brighton pier. Staff are friendly and accomodating. I like the online checkout, it’s a time saver. Cons: I am disappointed because I booked a superior room with sea view but they gave me a partial sea view instead. Didn’t bother to ask because I was very exhausted after a long trip. Our bathroom has a rusty shower head and bath drainage. Didn’t managed to go to the sauna because it’s jampacked. Overall, good experience.

I have stayed at 3 other hotels on Brighton Waterfront and this I have to say was the best! The staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast an awesome wide selection all fresh fruit, juice and chef to make pancakes or omelettes if they are your thing fresh!!! The comfort was perfect! Easy to fall a sleep quickly. Spacious. Sound proof rooms and the curtains black out so not to be kept awake from the lighting and noise outside. I most definitely will be back again.

Great stay

While the weather was not great, the hotel definitely did a superb job of accommodating our Brighton trip.

The Leonardo Waterfront was the perfect choice for meeting family in Brighton. We felt relaxed immediately - the staff are friendly and helpful, and the foyer (despite being huge and open plan) has lots of cosy areas for a drink or meal. The rooms were spacious, very well-equipped and clean - one with a great sea view and the other with an internal window overlooking the foyer, which sounds unusual and potentially dark, but was actually lovely and, due to the glass ceiling, not oppressive at all. We had everything we needed; large comfy bed, good shower, fancy coffee, a fridge, a guide book to Brighton and complimentary water.  The location is great too. The main entrance is on seafront, close to the pier, and the rear doors lead straight to the Lanes, with lots of lovely shops, bars and restaurants within metres. The gym, pool, steam room and sauna were nice to use as well - like the rest of the hotel, clean and well-looked after with attentive staff. The only minor issue was that our key card disconnected a few times despite keeping it away from phone and electronics. It wasn’t too bad having to go to Reception to have it reset from the first floor, but might’ve been annoying from a room the fourth floor! Everything else more than made up for that though - thank you to all the staff for a fantastic stay!

Great location and everyone was friendly enough. With heavy rain the windows leaked a bit and it is a little dated .

Stayed 1 night great views from our room very nice hotel no complaints.

The stay was great, the only thing was that the pool was cold and there was no bath in the room!

Fabulous location clean room great breakfast

Check in was clean and error free, and friendly. Room was clean, pillows and blankets were clean, amenities available and convenient. Food service was excellent with lots of options including gluten free. Location was the best. Would highly recommend for others wanting a solid place to take a family.

Very helpful & professional receptionist staff. Self-serve breakfast, not a lot of options for vegans though. Rooms a good size & comfortable, although the water wasn’t overly hot in the bath & shower in the morning was like-warm at best. Excellent location overlooking the pier.

Very spacious room, clean hotel, good atmosphere. Spa and swimming pool area is little hidden, need some finding.
