i just love to stay here bcoz of the environment, the weather is cold, nice view, good hotel and best hotel ever. Everytime i come cameron highlands, i will choose this hotel.

The front desk staff very helpful, the breakfast is good and the room is very clean. Overall is satisfied. 👍

Had a wonderful stayed ...such a big , clean and quiet room..comfy bed gave us a good night sleep.beautiful view really give you good stay👍👍😘😘👌👌

Amazing view, amazing service. Everything’s perfect. Love the bath tub! And the sunrise & the sunset! It’s mesmerising.

Overall, can rate the stay as comfort enough, but there was some uneasy smells in the toilet. It caused the stay some uncomfortable feeling. There was no mineral water provided in the room, because of the water purifier provided outside the room (at the walkway near the elevator). The breakfasts given on package (set) basis, compared to the buffet style at most hotels nowadays.

Sejuk gila . Dapat pulak high floor memang cantik lah view pagi . Even belum subuh tp rasa nyaman je . Tenang . Bukan selalu nak dapat suasana tenang gini . Serious should repeat here for the next trip

everytime i ada job kat cameron, i will booked copthorne because 1st if all love their staff service... they love to greeting and help guest.. they have excellent service i would say.. they allowing me to early check in (if room are ready) .. usually the room are ready because im always come on weekdays for work purposes.. 😄 room dining quite cheap for me.. it just rm24 for one plate kuetiau goreng.. sedap pulak tu. big portion, can eat for 2 person! sejuk tu dah pasti.. always got kabus² everytime i datang sini. love betul! cuma sedikit penambahbaikan utk masa akan dtg, i hope copthorne will checking up for some furniture or bulbs yg da tak function.. i always dpt balcony yg takde lampu.. huhu.. this time i dapat room yg pintu dia agak ketat utk buka and tutup.. yg lain2 okay.. katil, bantal, semua selesa..

Old hotel but nice enough for a short stay. Initial room was smelly a bit but the reception quickly solved the issue by moving us to another room. Steamboat and grill buffet at the hotel was very affordable, I recommend others to try. Breakfast was nice also. Walking distance to the market is a huge plus.

The reception service is excellent. They have answered my questions patiently. The breakfast booking is set meal. Can upgrade to buffet with a fee of rm7 per pax. Twin sharing without carpet is with no balcony. No carpet and with balcony is for triple sharing.

The hotel rooms are big and spacious. Basic amenities all provided. Big room with reasonable price. Breakfast set have 4 types to select. Given option to top up $7 per pax for buffet breakfast which is very considerate due to next morning need to join the local tour so that we can have our breakfast early.

This is our first visit to Copthorne. We were received with a warm welcome by the receptionist upon arrival and room was upgraded. Room was big, clean with nice bathroom. View from the hotel balcony was breathtaking. Overall, it was a pleasant stay at Copthorne Cameron Highlands, and we wish to return in the future.

It is a very affordable hotel with set breakfast included. You can enjoy a buffet breakfast for just an additional RM7. Moreover, its location is close to tourist attractions, making it very convenient.

Good price range for a huge room and strategic location. But, many issue with the room, low water pressure, not working hair dryer & safe, dirty chair, extremely dirty tableware in the restaurant, slow food serving for set breakfast. Walkable to Kea farm market.

The 2-bedroom apartment was overall nice and comfortable. The furniture, though a bit old, was clean and well-maintained, just like the bed and mattress, which were also clean and in good condition. However, the water heater was not an instant type and needed 30 minutes to heat up, which was a bit inconvenient. Unfortunately, our experience took a negative turn on the day of check-out. Around 10:30 AM, the electricity supply to our unit was cut off. We immediately contacted the hotel reception, and they arranged for a technician who arrived at 11:15 AM. Upon inspection, the technician informed us that the distribution board was damaged and couldn't be repaired. He mentioned that customer service would arrange a temporary room for us to shower since Cameron Highlands is cold, and this provided us with some relief at the time. However, the hotel never arranged for an alternative, and we ended up having to shower with cold, freezing water. While the apartment itself was comfortable, the lack of proper follow-up and service during the power outage left us disappointed.
