Our family trip to Cameron Highlands was an unforgettable experience, all thanks to Trip.com! Booking our stay at Copthorne Hotel was seamless, and the hotel exceeded our expectations. Nestled amidst breathtaking highlands, we woke up to stunning panoramic views of lush greenery and cool, refreshing air. The kids loved exploring the nearby strawberry farms and tea plantations, while we savored fresh produce and delicious local delicacies. The hotel’s cozy rooms and warm hospitality made it feel like a home away from home. It was a perfect blend of relaxation and adventure, leaving us with cherished memories we can’t wait to relive!

Room: Spacious but maybe need a bit more lighting. Bathroom: Clean but the bathtub water stop need to change or repair cuz everytime I stay there in different room, the bathtub water stop broken. Location: Good, nearby Kea Farm for shopping.

Recommended. Lots of parking. Near to Kea Farm, can go just by walking. Room is big and lot of space. Has view of tea valley. Clean and hygiene. Breakfast included but have to pay rm7 to upgrade to buffet. Breakfast has variety of food like western, local, pastry. Swimming a bit small but water is warm

so far so good. but if can pls add 2 pillow for 1 person bcs the pillow not enough for me 🤣 but overall very good and nice place 🫶🏻

Very convenient location nearby kea market, the sheep santuary and boh tea. Food stall just in walking distance Have indoor swimming pool

When check in the hotel, reception hotel give me free upgrade room that give me a surprise and happy.

The hotel room was very comfortable and clean. Family friendly hotel.. Food also good.. Next time will repeat again ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I ve written about the problem of hotels go green policy hassle and this time its worsen with not so friendly & no smile staff at frontdesk @receptions. And my day even getting worst with the staff called me to remind that I need to check-out @12 even though i ve already checked-out, return the key & left the hotel about half an hour before.

So far the room is good, just the amenities have to improve. Service is quite good .

The view was stunning. Definitely will come again. Thank you for giving me a lovely room. 😍
