Excellent room and we were upgraded to a 3 bedroom apartment at no extra cost.

Location is very near to popular places like malls, rivers parks. Lots of food stalls, Japanese/Korean food nearby.

Had a fantastic stay at Brisbane Skytower! The staffs are all very friendly. Upon checking in, the male staff graciously gave us best level and room overlooking the city and river. The room was clean and comfortable, and the amenities were great. Perfect location and excellent service—highly recommend!

Very nice location, at downtown Brisbane, city view is fabulous! Few minutes to the city garden by foot which is awesome!

我們雖然book from 1/23-1/27, but we’re arrived 1/24 2am, due to the flight delay and when I booked this hotel, I requested a late check out time, because I knew we will arrive the hotel 1/24 2am, there is why I ask the late check out time on 1/27 2pm. But the reception lady was very rude and keep knocking my door since 10:50am. She even want to break in my room, even though I told her, I was naked without a cloth on. When I was rushed to wear my clothes and get all my 6 luggages out. She didn’t send anyone to help. When I gave her the room key in the reception, she even want to charge AU.$25 for 12pm late check out fee. I asked her, was she going to refund me 1/23 3pm -1/24 2am no use any room service or electricity fee for a half day room rate, should be AU$150. Never book such bad suits, no room services, no cleaning even I stayed 4 days, you have to throw the garbages by yourself and ask for clean towels every day. However, next to this suits hotel, The Weston hotel charged the similar amount. I suggested people to book Westin hotel and get nice hotel services.

Well maintained. It looks more like just renovated. Water pressure could have been stronger for the shower. Would be better also if k6ing size bedroom has ensuite bathroom, instead of the 2 single beds.

The entire toilet door is loose and landing which is very dangerous, fortunately there was no accident!

Nice location. Beautiful views. Comfortable stay. Apartment was fairly empty.

On the day of our check-in, due to a shortage of beds, the hotel did not provide us with the King bed we had booked and instead gave us a Queen bed. The next day, when we requested a King bed again, they required us to pay a cleaning fee to switch room. The room’s carpet and sofa were covered with many stains! The front desk staff generally lacked professionalism. As our room was on a high floor, there were two nights when it seemed like there was a draft, creating unsettling noises. We requested the apartment to send someone to inspect it, but the hotel informed us that the apartment did not have professional maintenance staff. Not only did he leaves work at 5 PM, but the so-called maintenance personnel was actually a security guard. However, there were some positives, such as being in one of the tallest apartments and having a good location.

Good service with professional manner. But unfortunately the clothes dryer not working and it can be replaced by a new one in a day as they committed. View is fabulous, amazing ! The apartment is spacious and fit for families ( we have 4 ppl )

I stayed at this hotel for three nights, my experience was disappointing, especially the service. On the first night, I couldn’t sleep due to loud machine noises. The next day, the staff agreed to change my room, but their attitude was quite unprofessional and not helpful. When I explained the noise issue, one staff member asked me if I had never lived in an apartment before and said the noise was "normal." How come being woken up by the noises could be a normal thing? Also, no one offered any apology or showed care. In addition, they never replied to my WhatsApp messages (which is the contact method they provided), and no one answered my phone calls. I even went to the front desk around 2 a.m. on the first night, but there was no staff on duty.

Carpets looks worn out. Few nails are coming out near kitchen joining living areas and i need to be careful while walking around.

Great location, and very welcoming team - apartment stocked with everything you need!

The room was really clean and there was a nice city view from the window. It was a smooth checkout we just needed to put our key in the box which was placed around the reception The reception staff was nice and had a warm smile•̑‧̮•̑ Definitely want to stay again🫰
