I mostly use this hotel when visiting Brisbane. Its location is very convenient. Many restaurants in the nearby area. The room being an apartment style lends to comfortable living when staying there for a few days.

Great location !! Everything 3mins away from this hotel. Due to the middle of the city,Our room was 10th floor and noise comes from the busy street at night time. One thing make us annoyed was one of the lift did not work and had to wait or people lined for wait.

Very good accomodation wuth good hygiene, I got free premiuim upgrade as I always choose this Oak hotel to stay. Friendly staffs.

Best location, freindly staff, beautiful apartment. Overall We really enjoyed our stay. Was a little pricey though.

Oaks Festival is by far the best apartment hotel of the many we have previously stayed at in Brisbane. It is impeccably clean, well furnished, beds are super comfy, the shower is amazing and you could not wish for a better location. Will definitely book to stay there again on my next visit to Brisbane.

Right at the heart of BNE city. 5 min walk to myer centre. Tonnes of food around the area.. friendly and helpful cust svc. Def recommended.

If you have a car, do not go here they did not explain you well we spent around 1 hr Staffs are not friendly Room smell like humid and be in sauna

Потребуют кредитную карту чтоб списать 1$, наличку не бурет, и что делать если нет кредитной карты. Даже если бронирование оплачено не заселят, наличку не берут

在這個公寓31樓，所謂的行政樓層居住了10多天，當時根據網上的介紹感覺在市中心，位置不錯。地理位置是還可以，不過公寓環境衞生真的很糟糕。 1.入住的時候走廊上一股令人窒息的惡臭味（因為垃圾都是放在過道專門放垃圾的地方，不過垃圾經常堆放後無人處理），這股惡臭在房間中也會聞到，真的令人噁心。 2. 房間設施應該是屬於上個世紀的了，很舊，鍋還是有油膩污漬的。地毯也臟。 3. 衞生間的開關自動連排風機，排風機很響，排風機沒有單獨開關，聲音會讓你煩躁。 4. 無私隱，對面樓幾乎可以看到你屋內任何狀況，隨意衹能持續拉窗簾。 5. 衞生保潔人員會一週來一次打掃衞生，其實就是鋪床，但是保潔人員每次會把床上的衣服全部扔到地上，太讓人絕望了。 綜上所述，推薦去別的公寓不要在這個品牌的公寓，環境極其惡劣，態度也很差。十幾天的教訓，希望能幫助大家不要踩坑。謝謝
