Bristol City Cen (Haymarket) recensioner

Given the reasonable price, it’s a good option for those who look for convenience as it’s right beside the Bristol bus terminal and a few minutes walk to the city centre. Everything is fine, clean and decent, nothing fancy. It will be even better if there’s a small fridge.

Close to the city centre hotel that was consistently clean. There is a restaurant but it was difficult to get breakfast when the hotel is busy.

Perfect location in Bristol City centre. Reasonable size of room for single traveller.

Good hotel, central location. Nice view from 14 floor. Small parking, not enough space.

Great hotel. Very reasonable for Bristol. I asked for a quieter room and had zero issues with noise bar the occasional siren. Slept well both nights. Ask for room 15 on the upper floor. Not the closest to the train station however. Breakfast standard. Room very spacious, good Aircon, great comfy bed. Will definitely stay again.

Because the Premier Inn (PI) hotel car park was quite small, I couldn’t find a parking slot one day and was suggested to park the car at the car park of holiday inn (HI). The staff said they would provide us a discount voucher. Later when we gave the HI car park entrance ticket to the PI hotel staff for the discount voucher, the staff JUST returned us with the discount voucher (which very much looked like the entrance ticket) but not with the entrance ticket as well. At that time we did not notice this. Until we wanted to drive out from the HI car park, we found that the one we got back from the PI staff was a voucher! We went back the PI for help and would like the staff to check whether the entrance ticket was left somewhere at the check-in counter at the lobby. It’s because when the voucher (which looked like the entrance ticket) was returned to us, we were sure that only the voucher was returned but not with the entrance ticket. However the staff became very rude and refused to check for us (she did not even called the staff who dealt with the car park voucher for us last time). I think she was very irresponsible! She just asked us to call the HI car park manager, who never caught our calls. We actually did not mind to pay the parking fee. We just wanted to drive out from the HI carpark. Finally, after 2 hours, problem was solved!! We were suggested by the HI carpark staff that we actually could simply press the button “lost ticket” on the pay machine located at the HI carpark and pay the fee. I think the PI staff should have provided us with more information about how we could deal with this problem and should have called her colleagues about the loss of HI carpark ticket. It must be somewhere at the PI check-in counter where we gave it to the staff earlier. Therefore, due to the irresponsibility of the rude staff, I don’t really recommend staying at this hotel if you drive to Bristol. On the other hand, other staff were polite, helpful and friendly.

近市中心，遊覽方便，步行5分鐘有tesco、lidl超市，購物方便，但距布里斯託Temple Meads火車站較遠，需步行40分鐘。房間、衞生間乾淨舒適，wifi較慢。

Estancia agradable en el centro de Bristol. Limpieza correcta. Colchon mejorable. Agua caliente y presión de la ducha correcta.

設施比較舊，Check in時間是下午15點而不是14點，如果你想提前入住需要交10鎊。服務人員態度很好，

安排了一個高層，相當安靜，可能是臨近聖誕的緣故。房間面積非常大，吹風機一開始壞了，但是聯繫工作人員後迅速給換了一個新的。附屬牛排館有點一般。地理環境很好，樓下一兩百米就是去布里斯託機場的大巴始發站，半夜也有發車。
