This was our 2nd visit to Brookside and it didn't disappoint We booked the Premier suite overlooking the garden it was exactly as it was shown on their website beautifully presented clean and fresh. Lynda and Jo even supplied us with fans for the room as the weather was lovely when we stayed. The choice for breakfast is amazing and all freshly cooked for you by Lynda. Jo and Lynda are the perfect hosts making sure that you have everything you need to enjoy your holiday. I would highly recommend a visit to this little gem of B&B in beautiful Brixham

Lovely accommodation. Room very comfortable, hosts lovely and breakfast was fabulous. Plenty of choice. Great location and easy to walk into Brixham.

This was the 3rd time we've stayed at this guest house, and we've already booked our 4th stay! This time, we were in room 3, which is a super suite... very comfortable! Breakfast, as usual, was top-notch. On our final morning, I tried one of Linda & Joe's new offerings, Overnight Oats with blueberries, lemon zest & honey... yummy!! Highly recommended!

What a great experience, loads of local tips…and greeted with tea and cake. A comfy room that was very reasonably priced with a private bathroom all to myself. Not enough time to try all the items on a wonderful breakfast menu. Such friendly people who did everything to help and treated me like old friend, and to top it all I got to try out the hot tub!

A wonderful stay. We appreciated the great location.- a short walk into into Brixham. For those who aren't able to walk there is a regular bus service. Breakfast was truly excellent- it was a comprehensive menu and it was prepared to perfection. I have to say it was probably the best breakfast we've ever eaten while away! The room was clean and comfortable and we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Joe and Linda are a lovely friendly couple who were very welcoming. 5 stars from us! Thank you

Beautiful home from home with attentive hosts. Spotlessly clean. Breakfast was amazing, plenty of choice, local high quality produce all prepared to order. The sauna/hot tub was an added bonus. Would definitely recommend and will be returning. Thank you!!

Very welcoming home from home, prestine accomodation, value for money, varied breakfast prepared very nicely. Joe and Linda are a lovely couple who enjoy running their business and it shows.... Would HIGHLY recommend staying there

Third time visiting Brookside and it never disappoints. Lovely clean rooms, beautiful breakfast with so much choice all cooked to perfection. The hosts Joe and Linda are the A team! Nothing is to much trouble and attention to detail is second to none. Loved our chats in the garden. Will definitely return but requesting room 3 next time xx

One of the best places we have stayed and we have stayed in a number of places over the years! Nice comfortable room with separate seating area and TV. Very clean and excellent breakfast with a wide choice of food freshly cooked by Joe and Linda. Close enough to town to walk but also a bus stop directly opposite the accommodation.
