Room is spacious, walkable distance to all the tourist spots, really convenient. The sauna there is also amazing, definitely will stay here if I visit Brno again.

Das Hotel liegt perfekt am Eingang zur Altstadt. Der ehemalige Palast ist architektonisch genial. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und sehr modern eingerichtet. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Preis Leistungsverhältnis ist super. Also geht nicht besser.

酒店: 算是大牌連鎖酒店, 大堂酒店與相一樣美, 房間整潔, 床舒服 距離: 離車站只有十分鐘, 但要經過上波下波, 如果有大件行屐, 建議打車. 離Brno Castle及down town只有五分鐘步程, 十分方便.

Perfekte Lage um die Innenstadt zu erkunden. Personal war freundlich. Zimmer waren modern mit guter Klimaanlage und das größte und bequemste Bett dass ich jemals in einem Hotel gefunden hab. Frühstück war ausreichend. Nicht überwältigend aber für den Start in den Tag mehr als ok. Kaution bei 3 Nächte mit über 400 Euro doch recht hoch. zu beachten wenn man mit dem Auto anreist. Öffentlich Parken vor Ort war nicht möglich und die Parkpreise des Hotels sind doch relativ hoch, auch im Umfeld Zone A und B sind die Preise für Parken nicht grade billig. Am Samstag und Sonntag ist Parken in Zone B aber kostenlos, das hat für uns das Problem zufriedenstellend gelöst. An und für sich ein sehr schönes Hotel dass seinen Sternen durchaus gerecht wird.

I absolutely loved my stay at the hotel! The hotel is beautiful both from the outside and the inside! It is recently remodeled, everything was in perfect condition and ideally clean. The hotel’s lobby is magnificently decorated; as soon as I entered the hotel, I was WOWed! The front desk staff was nice and professional, and my check-in was fast and smooth. I got a Deluxe King Room (#424), and I really loved it. The room was huge, like a studio apartment! All the furniture in my room was in great condition. I loved the room’s design a lot; I felt very comfy there. Maybe my wish would be for a big modern TV, because the actual TV in the room was small and seemed like an old model. There was a mini-bar in the room with reasonable prices. I have the same wish for the refrigerator as for the TV - a bigger size, because it was only possible to fit small cans of soda and small bottles of juice inside. The room had lights all over, which made it bright during night hours, and I can also mention a great layout with plugs all over the room. The King Bed in my room was super comfortable. I absolutely loved the bathroom, which was also very big and had a toilet as a separate section. I also have to mention the 2 sinks in the bathroom, which is very practical and comfortable if you travel with 2 or more people. A special big plus for me was having both a bathtub and a shower stall! The bathroom was perfectly designed and made! I enjoyed the bathroom amenities, which were of very high quality and smelled nice. The hotel’s Wi-Fi was fast. For my stay I paid €105 per night, and I find this deal very reasonable for the highest quality of everything I got. This hotel definitely became one of my absolute favorite hotels I have ever stayed in. I absolutely recommend this place to stay if you travel to Brno.

We come here once a year for our annual Brno Date Night. We love it top to bottom with two minor exceptions. The flowers all over the lobby smelled like cat urine and the Sauna was a mess when we got there at 11:15pm that night. No sheets, used towels everywhere, used glassware everywhere, no drinking water... clearly someone had a party and staff did not clean up afterwards. Oh well. However, you will sleep well. You will have a wonderful breakfast. All in the heart of Brno. Staff was very attentive to our needs but forgetting to place any toilet paper in our room upon our arrival was a bit embarrasing. Like I said... nearly perfect!

Luxurious, relaxed hotel with very nice staff. Breakfast was excellent too, you should include that. Location is great, walking distance to the main attractions of Brno.
