Ten minutes walk to Joss Bay to the left, or 30 minutes walk to Broadstairs town to the right. There's also a balcony off the hallway if you want to take in some fresh sea air.Broadstairs is a beautiful unspoilt gem with its golden sandy beach and harbour arm. Broadstairs has it's own micro climate and often avoids the worst of the weather. Even in winter you can often find a sheltered spot to sit outside and enjoy a coffee.Margate and Ramsgate are both worth a visit as they both have their own vibe and something different to offer.
