The Fish Hotel

Lovely hotel with a huge expanse of land to wander around. We were in No 26 (Coach House) a large suite, but next time would like to try Boaty Hideout facing onto the large pond with its own rowing boat - lucky enough to be there in the snow which was wonderful. Staff are lovely, and praise to Slava and Florin for being excellent Front of House. Lovely trip, thank you.

Room 19 the coach house Super size room which comes with a niche lobby, with room to hang your coats and leave your shoes and boots. Large tastefully decorated bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet and big sink . Bedroom is a great size with super king bed, wardrobe, dressing table, 2 chairs and two side tables. A fridge and safe in the wardrobe with coffee machine and kettle on table. In our package we got breakfast and £50 per night towards dinner at the Hook restaurant . The breakfast is superb with a continental selection and a hot cooked choice as well. Look out for the granola with yoghurt and fresh fruit, delicious ! We had an evening meal twice on our stay and the food was superb, mushroom soup with cheesy popcorn, crazy good, followed by the mussels with fries which were excellent and loads of them. The second night i had the pork belly with sriracha prawns and Chinese cabbage, along with a side of fries. This was a taste sensation a tingle on the tongue, luscious. The full day we had there we took the walk to the Broadway tower and then down into Broadway village. The map we picked up from reception said it was 4 miles long . This ended up being around 6 miles for us as we went the wrong way a couple of times 🤔🤔 It’s a great walk though and on a lovely day which we had, was very enjoyable. Maybe not for the faint hearted as it was a lot of hill climbing. The tower and village of Broadway are both a must do if your in the area . The Fish hotel is a superbly well run hotel with brilliant staff and in a great location for exploring the Cotswolds. We will return 😃😃

Beautiful country hotel set on a hillside. The staff were all really great and Florin was particularly helpful and patient at our check in. We ate in the restaurant there and could not fault it. There is a wide variety of accommodation including treehouses, shepherd's huts and rooms in the stable block. We stayed in the latter - extremely comfortable and a powerful shower. There is a short but steep walk from there to the main hotel facilities so those with impaired mobility might want a room on a level with reception. The strategically placed wine dispensers are a good idea and we made use of them! I would certainly recommend and return.

So straight to it, the poor first, the outside lights on the decking did not work, and the guttering was either blocked or leaked, as when it rained the water dried straight onto the outdoor storage unit...Now for the good, the room, we were in the coach house was spot on, clean, spacious and well presented. We eat in the bar on our first night, Ceaser salad, absolutely delicious, my wife had the tomato and burate salad, again another great dish. Saturday night in the main restaurant, food went up another level. And, can't not mention the breakfast.....faultless. Finally, the staff, always with a smile, attentive but not over the top, friendly they really make the hotel what it is.

This is one of my favourite hotels to visit. It’s contemporary style overlooking the beautiful Cotswolds is just perfect. The food, service and views are 5 star with lots of space and different areas to relax in! I highly recommend this hotel

Just returned from a a short break. I really wanted to compliment the staff on their excellent customer service. They make the difference here. Stayed at The stables - lovely spacious accommodation in a beautiful setting. Close to Broadway in case you fancy dining somewhere else in the evening. Excellent breakfast too. Nothing not to like here.
