New Park Manor Hotel - A Luxury Family Hotel

I’ve just returned from a 2 night stay for my boyfriend’s birthday and we already miss this place so much!! The facilities are amazing from the room, the spa and to the outdoor areas. The staff were beyond helpful, friendly and always so attentive and willing to help with whatever request! They added some special, personalised touches to our room to celebrate the occasion which is just a testament to their commitment in making your stay wonderful. The perfect place if you want to wind down and relax. Will definitely be visiting again!

Absolutely perfect. Excellent service! Excellent food! The decor is lovely and the spa is so relaxing! One of the nicest hotels we've stayed at all round in a very long time! Best roast dinner EVER!! Loads of options for breakfast not only continental but a fresh hot meal choice too. The staff can't do enough for you here

Such a lovely stay and what a wonderful job they have done on the renovation! The staff were absolutely lovely, consistently from check in to the restaurants, bar and spa. Byron the GM is wonderful and truly makes you feel like a guest in a home away from home. The rooms are lovely with excellent amenities and are very comfortable. The food and drinks were excellent. We had dinner in The Stag and breakfast in The Vinery and both were brilliant. Really good food. The drinks were lovely and the barman very friendly, he put his own twist on some classic cocktails and told us about them so we could try them. I really enjoy things like this and feel it adds to the experience so I was very glad to have stopped by the bar for cocktails before dinner. The spa was lovely, the massage and facial excellent. Lovely grounds, lots of parking and easy to find my way around. Genuinely can't think of a complaint, everything was wonderful. Can't wait to go back.

Firstly let me preface this: my husband and I came here years and years ago and loved it then. My first review is on here. I’ve since come here for afternoon tea a bunch of times. We came away for a couples night for a big birthday. Yes, it’s a family hotel, but as parents ourselves we were quite happy to be around children, and with beautiful sunny weather there was lots of space for children to run around and explore nature. The decor has had a facelift since we last came. It’s great. Muted, stylish, a few lovely quirks. The grounds are well maintained and clean. The spa is clean and fresh and facilities all worked, the staff are kind and approachable (I especially liked the blonde woman who served us at breakfast- sorry I didn’t catch her name). The food was great. Dinner especially good. The location is grand too- there are gravel paths that take you to local towns, and there are birds and ponies a plenty. Room is clean, decor again, great. Couldn’t get our phones to cast to the tv but that was probably the worst of it. I loved this hotel in my 20s and 30s…. I love it again in my 40s. Staff are all wonderful, and the hotel feels a little posh without feeling pretentious. Great mix. Will we stay here again? Absolutely. Might even bring our kid next time….

We had a wonderful afternoon tea. Beautifully presented and delicious. The lounge area was cosy, the staff fantastic, catering for all our requirements and taking good care of us. Thank you so much. Would highly recommend. Special mention to Daniel who was outstanding. It’s clear that the team here are guest focused and want to enhance every experience. If I could give 10 stars for guest journey I would.

Our first stay at New Park Manor. We were greeted warmly which made a great first impression. As our room was not available until 3pm we made the most of the spa. We found the staff in the spa very attentive and enjoyed the facilities on numerous occasions during our visit. Although we didn’t dine in the evening at the hotel we ate breakfast and lunch, finding both very enjoyable. We attended as a couple. The hotel had a family feel but this didn’t have a negative impact on our stay. Quite the opposite actually and feel that if we were to return we would bring our children. Our biggest disappointment with our stay was our room. We had booked a double room. It was in eves of the hotel and therefore a non standard shape. Impact being uncomfortable experience in the bathroom. The tea making facilities were also in an inconvenient space. We ended up moving the equipment to different part of the room. The room has a fridge, which is good, however we found a brown bag inside with half eaten pastry which hadn’t been cleared from previous guest. The hotel was set in beautiful surroundings within the new forest. We may well go back based on our overall positive experience but just need to ensure we have a different room.
