NH Brugge recensioner

Very good location very close to biggest carpark in Brugge.

We have a very good stay here. The room is very clean and the bed is so comfortable. The location is perfect, just a hundred meters away from the underground parking garage, and close to the market square and the famous that’s toast restaurant. I will definitely stay here again in future.

Just awesome. Great location and very friendly staff. Walking distance from the train station. Comfortable bedding. Close to the town.

The only thing good about the hotel was the location. Every thing else was bad. This is NOT a hotel you should book if you are driving and will like to park your car. The hotel will tell you that there is a huge public parking right across but will not tell you that to get to the parking lot will take 15 minutes of driving though walking back is 5 minutes. Also there are no clear directions and the whole old town is mostly one way. Hotel is old and not well maintained. Color scheme is very dark and lights very gloomy. Paint on walls and even doors are in bad shape. Washroom need lot of upgrades. I would never again stay in this hotel in fact will stay away from NH hotel chain.

Hotel staff was so rude and not patient to handle issue when we checking out the room, we just simply ask few questions regarding the city tax and she was not patient to answering and gave us very “mean” answers. There is no service but only transactional experience in this hotel. It was a very disappointed experience in my trip. The staff(the one who handle my check out only) should have much more training and improvement plan on her attitude to customers before putting her back to her role. Definitely not recommend to someone who expect good customer service for their holidays.

Everything was super. The Hotel location is at a very good location, At The entry point of Brugge.

Stayed at NH Brugge for 2 nights. Hotel is located around 10mins walk or 1 bus ride away from the Brugge train station. We arrived around 4pm and there was a line for the check-in. The rooms are quite spacious and has aircon, and the bed is comfortable. Overall we had a good experience in this hotel.

Super friendly staff all over the hotel. Nice spacious rooms. Wonderful breakfast buffet with a taste of everything for everyone. Conveniently located near ‘t Zand and the heart of the city.

The location is great and the attention is excellent, but the conditions in the room is not very nice, the room was very hot and they only has fans, the AC wasn't work.

Otelin konumu çok iyi. Gezilecek yerlere yürüyerek gidebilirsiniz. Lakin otel odasındaki buz dolabına fare düşse açlıktan susuzluktan ölür. Biz dolap dolu olsun demiyoruz ama bir su bile koyamazmıydınız? Soğuk içeceği geçtim, su bile koymamışlar. Ayrıca yaptığım rezervasyon esnasında şehir vergisini ödememe rağmen benden tekrar şehir vergisi aldılar. Dikkat edin vermeyin.

就在公交車站旁，從火車站過來一站路。非常方便。房間住的挺舒服，安靜，早餐很好，可以自己動手做華夫餅。

Was leuk beetje oudbollig hotel. Helaas was het niet overal even schoon. Zeker boven en onder het bed. Mijn dochter liet iets vallen en er was lang niet schoongemaakt onder het bed. Lag oud flesje water. Verder erg aardig en ontbijt was perfect. De ligging is helemaal top maar let op parkeren is even lastig.
