We stayed here for two nights and we were welcomed by the owner when arrived late afternoon. We were supposed to have free parking, but there was no free off sight parking as described on the property amenities. There was a city event going on, therefore most probably the reason why no parking available, but this should have been stated beforehand. Ended up paying 5 euros a night to park in the owners’ garage. The room was of good size for two nights, clean and so the en-suite bathroom. There was free WiFi. The radiator was not working the bathroom at any point of the two days and in the room it was controlled by the owner, so we couldn’t switch it on/off when needed. The breakfast was very good and the owner was very mindful of different food needs and likes. The house is very centrally located and only a stroll away from the centre.

We visited in September as part of our Wedding Anniversary celebrations. This is a lovely B&B. Geert is a fine host and provides a wonderful breakfast, very kindly going the extra mile to accommodate my gluten free diet. Our room was Nuits-Saint-Georges on the top floor, it was clean, spacious with a large en suite bathroom. We were able to leave our car in Geert’s garage, hardly used it as Bruges town was just a short walk away.

Geert's breakfast was to die for and the place was lovely. Liked the fact that you felt at home and you could use the lounge and outside areas as your own. Would really recommend this place to stay whist in Bruges.

A wonderful warm welcome. Geert explained various places to visit even though we were returning visitors. Lovely, spacious and comfortable rooms. Breakfast was an absolute delight with an extra freshly cooked treat every morning. Good strong coffee which after sampling a variety of Belgium beers was much needed! Added bonus of the garage parking. Superb location just out of the city so nice to get away from the busy centre.

Geert is a wonderful host. He welcomes you with a cold drink whilst explaining all there is to see & do in Bruges. He also makes an amazing continental breakfast, adding toasties and a dessert! He provided a parking disc for street parking, but also pointed out a free car park just down the road. The room was wonderful & had everything we’d need for our 3 night stay, tea/coffee making facilities, fridge, air-con, as well as toiletries & hairdryer in the big, modern en-suite bathroom. Very comfy bed, which is always a plus! It’s in a quiet area, considering it’s just a short walk from one of the city gates. There are a couple of bars/cafes up the street & a Carrefour a short drive away. Can highly recommend this lovely place. Thanks for a lovely stay Geert.

Wir können die bisherigen positiven Bewertungen nur bestätigen. Dieses B&B lädt zum Wiederkommen ein. Ein hilfsbereiter Gastgeber, der ein tolles Frühstück macht und die Lage (ruhig und doch schnell zu Fuß in der Innenstadt) sind echte Highlights.

Mein Mann und ich waren Anfang Juli im wunderschönen Brügge und haben (zum Glück!) in der Villa des Raisins gebucht. Wir hatten die sehr schöne Suite in der 2. Etage, die nicht nur wunderschön, sondern auch gut ausgestattet ist: Bequemes Bett, Sitzecke, TV, Minibar sowie Kaffee- und Tee-Ecke - und ein riesiges Bad mit freistehender Wanne, Dusche und 2 Waschbecken! Außerdem haben wir eine Garage mitgebucht, in der wir unser Auto und zwei Rädern unterstellen konnten. Unser Gastgeber Geert war sehr nett, immer hilfreich und hat uns mit einem sensationellen Frühstück verwöhnt. Die Unterkunft liegt sehr komfortabel am Stadtrand. Alles ist fußläufig möglich. Absolute Empfehlung von uns beiden!!
