Hotel 't Voermanshuys

Alojamiento muy bien ubicado, cerca del centro y facil acceso mediate codigo. Colchon blando y poco cómodo. Había basura sin recoger del cliente anterior en la papelera del baño. El ascensor solo se puede usar para subir el equipaje, las personas deben subir por unas escaleras incómodas y peligrosas.

Awful- beds are so soft and one is on a slope so kept sliding out. The room was full of mosquitoes- I was bitten alive. The road outside is really busy so you can’t open the window as is really moist especially from 6am with rubbish Lorries and the final nail in the coffin is the building site right outside the window that started work at 7.15am. Avoid if you want to sleep

We had a lovely stay here. The location was great to explore the city - very central, yet felt quiet. There was a mini supermarket just along the road, which was handy for anything we needed for our toddler. The room was clean, comfy beds, and everything needed. The complimentary Belgian chocolates were a lovely touch! The whole place was decorated in a fun way. There is no reception, so you have to check all details to get in to the place and access your room, but quite well done. I did feel bad as there was a man waiting outside a little confused as to how to get in. I didn't want to let him in, as you never know, but helped where I could for him to access his own details to get in. That felt a little awkward and pressure, as there not being any staff and an unlocked luggage room right there, but on the flip side it's great to just arrive and sort yourself out. The city is great, possible about the 8th time I've been! Lovely festive feel and much to explore and enjoy. I'd recommend.

There’s nobody at the front desk, everything is via email in the response within 24 hours. I travel with my wife, 4 and seven year old. There was no hot water, and we tried reaching the hotel, there was no answer. Very inconvenient not having staff on site specially when you run into problems like this.

Cute but lacking We never received communication from the C.S. regarding checkin & there’s no staff on site to assist so we had to spend extra $ to call staff. Location was excellent. Space is cute. Chocolates on bed were a nice touch as was the towel warmer. Bed was unfortunately extremely uncomfortable. Refrigerator made a ton of noise. Both made sleep difficult. It was also impossible to shower without soaking the floor. One minor disappointment, I wish there was a box of tissue in the room, especially in the winter. Overall, though, we still enjoyed our stay.

The property is very well located, rooms look new and are very well equiped and comfortable.. the chocolate theme is adorable and the staff is very friendly and accommodating.. if we go back to Brugge we will definitely love to stay here again.
