Hotel Paradiso Como

My partner and I had the pleasure of spending our baby moon at this charming hotel atop a hill with breathtaking views of Lake Como. The hotel offers stunning views of the lake below, making it the perfect escape for anyone looking for tranquility and natural beauty. Don’t let the fact that it sits on top of the hill deter you! We had no car or vespa, and were thus reliant on bus transfers. Transfers up and down the hill were quick and easy and all of it was sorted by the hotel staff. The staff was lovely, offering great hospitality throughout our stay. We also enjoyed meals at the hotel’s restaurant. The food was authentic and delicious, and I would recommend everyone to get their signature pistachio pasta. I even brought pistachios back home to try and recreate it! And to anyone thinking about going to Milan - I would recommend a few nights in Lake Como to get the best of both worlds - tranquility and nature in Lake Como, and the pulse of Milan.

The hotel staff was amazing and so accommodating, the rooms were very clean and had very hung you need for your stay, I had a balcony lake view room and the views made it spectacular. The staff was so helpful and so polite and will go above and beyond in there services: The hot tub was great and we was even able to have a swim one day as the weather was good. All the restaurants serve great food and a large selection. Location isn’t as close as we expected to the lake but we managed.

If you love surprises, this hotel is for you—but not in a good way. Here’s a quick rundown of our stay: - The room was dirty and reeked of mold. - Moisture was everywhere, giving it an unfortunate swamp-like vibe. - It looked nothing like the photos on their website. We’ve attached photos taken on-site for reference. Naturally, we left the hotel the same day. Despite our efforts to contact the manager regarding our complaint, our emails remain unanswered.

The staff at this hotel are fabulous and the location a real getaway from the crowds in Como. We spent our anniversary as well as new years at the hotel. It was a really pleasant stay for those who want to experience lake Como from up high in the mountain. The funicular brought us down to town everyday and the hotel staff provides transfers to the funicular

My friend and I stayed here and booked the junior suite with the balcony. we would highly recommend this room as you have an incredible view of Lake Como. The staff from the outset were incredible and made us feel welcomed. We ate at the restaurant and ordered room service to our room. the food was amazing, especially the gnocchi and Tiramisu! We a fabulous time so much so that we booked to come back next summer on our way back to London 😊 Grazie mille for a lovely short break!

We loved the hotel. The room was cool and very clean and comfortable. The views of Lake Como from the hotel were amazing and it was also such a quiet and peaceful location. The staff was very kind and helpful. All in all we would really recommend and go back.
