Very good

Really no service , hot water turned off at 8pm , small heaters , doors locked at 8pm have to enter through the side.

Microwave and air conditioner not working. But overall good experience. Very friendly manager. Would've preferred if there was a sponge/scourer provided to wash the dishes and utensils with.

We have been travelling for a year around the world, and this is the worst place we have stayed in. The kitchen and the appliances had not been properly cleaned for a very long time. Shelves and the cutlery drawer were full of crumbs etc. There were multiple small cockroaches running everywhere. The kettle and toaster had greasy coatings on them, and the range hood could not be touched; even to switch the light on! It was so disgusting. We had to wash all the glasses, mugs, appliances, cutlery and crockery before we could use anything. There was a 10mm gap for the full length of the balcony door between it and the fixed section, so traffic noise and cold air in freezing weather came straight into the room! Never seen anything like it. There was a small heater and an old window-mounted heater which partly overcame this, (as we had to sleep partly clothed to keep warm), but we had to pull the curtain open in front of the heater, so it wouldn’t catch fire. This meant a lot of daylight came in each morning when we needed to sleep in after late nights. There were only two pillows but the staff gave us two more when we asked. They also gave us fresh towels and bin bags every couple of days. The bathroom amenities were fine, and the bathroom itself was surprisingly very clean, except for someone’s razor that was left there. The management refused to reply to our request for a partial refund for the disgusting state of the room. At least they didn’t keep our $100 bond. The reason we booked this property, despite the low reviews, was that the location is great, as it is close to our tenanted home that we needed to get into briefly while we were here for a few days. We could not have imagined it would be this bad. It may also suit others as it is only a block to the trams and a medical centre, and a couple of blocks further up Sydney Road to champs, cafes, restaurants and the shopping centre. Princes Park is just around the corner. I definitely wouldn’t book this place again; even if I was again desperate for something close.

Utter slum. Don't be fooled by the site photos. I couldn't get out of there quickly enough. The location however is really good. So if you are prepared to slum it.... I was refunded my booking for the nights I had booked. Paid for 1 night as I had used the bathroom.

Superior queen room.. Nice and cheap if you like an unclean and smoke smelling room. Walls are filthy, not to mention the bedside table I had to clean myself because it was sticky. Bathroom had hair stuck to wall tiles. Bed ok, pillow ok. Air con/heatet worker as it should. Hot water run out after 1 shower. Quiet I side with minimal outside noise. The room we got is not what was in the pictures. Whole place needs cleaning

I had a terrible experience at this Accomodation. It was very dirty and unhygienic, the whole Accomodation smelled horribly and disgusting, the kitchen was extremely dirty, the bed sheets smelled disgusting and the worst of it all the manager was absolutely awful. I booked this place for 3 nights but unfortunately couldn’t stay longer than a day and when asked for a refund I was denied. DO NOT RECOMMEND
