This property needs some TLC. From lose locking door handles (screw hanging out) to panels loose in the elevators. The staff checking in was…a bit salty. The restaurant that is attached to this property is below average, very slow service and food that took forever to arrive. You cannot charge the meal to the room, would have been nice to know before hand. So, over the course of 3 days, we only ate there once. One and done as they say. The room was clean yet the WiFi was (sorry to say) CRAP. Only worked in the lobby. Apparently the modem is only stationed there…hard to beam the signal up through the concrete…so, good thing LTE/5 G was working. I pass next time in the area.

Booked during a tropical storm to be closer to work. When we arrived, we were turned away because they “don’t allow locals” to stay. Because we live in the same county, they refused our paid reservation, during a storm. The desk clerk was very rude.

Very enjoyable experience from checkin to checkout. Great sized suite. Thanx for the upgrade.Comfortable king size bed. Easy on and off I95. Attached restaurant with great food and great prices. Would certainly stay there again as a stop on my way to Florida.

The hotel was nice, resturant was great. The room needed a little work. The black out curtains were ripped and the shower needed deep cleaning. For the price we paid there should be better maintenance in the rooms. Torn blackout curtains and dirty showers is unacceptable.

Don’t bother. They first sent us to a smoking room that had not been cleaned (we didn’t even request a smoking room), but the new room they sent us to had malfunctioning hvac controls, causing us to get up every hour to turn on the a/c when it got too hot and turn on the heat when it got too cold. Maintenance guy was useless when we complained. Phone was also not working. Save your money, find a better hotel. Zero stars.

The room was a suite and basically had a separate living room ! The king bed and pillows were excellent ! The commode was old and the handle was difficult to use to flush! We enjoyed our stay but were surprised that there was no Splenda for coffee in the room.There was nothing provided with coffee in the morning in the lobby and we had to wait a long time for them to bring coffee from the restaurant next door !Room great amenities not so much!

Nice staff and excellent service in restaurant. House keeping staff is not up to standard. If you stay one day its great but if you stay mutable days they will do bear minum unless you call them out.

We stayed here on our drive from Florida to visit. Awesome young man(Jake) checked us into the hotel. Awesome hotel room. Very clean. We went to the hotel restaurant/bar and had excellent food and drinks as well. Awesome hotel and awesome staff all the way around.

The hotel is an older property. Room was B+ clean but just older. Fixtures have rust on them from years of wear and tear. Bathroom was B- clean but needs updating. Some damage and minor mold. AC vents / filter need cleaning. Again, the hotel was clean but really needs a serious remodel to the rooms and overall property.
