B-Aparthotel Grand Place recensioner

This was by far the worst hotel experience we've ever had. The hotel has no reception and, to this moment, has not provided any check-in instructions. We arrived in the evening around 8pm, after an international flight, with our 3-year-old child—only to find ourselves locked out, unable to access the building. No instructions had been sent whatsoever. Thankfully, some other hotel guests happened to arrive and kindly let us into the hallway. We tried calling the emergency number provided, but it only offered an automated message saying replies would take up to 24 hours—by which time we would already have left. We couldn’t access our room key until another guest, using her own instructions and code, managed to open the key safe and retrieve our key for us. Absolute nightmare. The room itself was ok—equipped with a fridge, some basic glassware, and a small TV. However, there was no coffee provided, so we had to purchase our own. Only two small bath towels were provided.

My first time to access a hotel apartment without reception for check in& out

The location is very good in the city. The regret is No cleaning, no towel change. I had to pay 9 euros to order extra towels. There is also a laundry room, so it's good for a family trip.

The room is clean and fairly spacious, the kitchen is very handy with complete cooking tools. Good location close to train station.

Aunque la edificación es estupenda y la ubicación también, la gestión de este establecimiento es pésima: la mampara pierde agua y se inunda el baño, con lo que las toallas son escasas. Estaba muy sucio y con arañas (véase la foto), pero lo peor es el servicio, ya que si tienes un problema pasan de avisarte (como les pasó a unas compañeras) que las dejaron en la calle por un problema con el impuesto local SIN PREVIO AVISO. Sinceramente cuando vuelva a Bruselas buscaré otra opción de alojamiento. A nosotros la gestión nos vino muy bien por el buen servicio de Trip.com, pero nuestras amigas que reservaron con Stayforlong fue catastrófico y pasaron unos días de problema en problema. Gracias Trip.com y hasta nunca jamás BApartahotel Grand Place.

Veloce e chiaro il Check in e il check out. La stanza era grande, a disposizione tutto ciò di cui uno aveva bisogno. Purtroppo nonostante ci fossero due televisioni (1 in sala e 1 in camera da letto) non sono riuscita a farle funzionare almeno per la sera avendo viaggiato con un bimbo che al rientro dalle passeggiate si sarebbe rilassato volentieri guardando un cartone alla tv. Il bagno grande con a disposizione saponi, bagnoschiuma e shampoo. La cucina non adeguata. Le posate però non erano pulite. Peccato. L’ubicazione è’ favolosa e nonostante si trovi in pieno centro, durante la notte regnava il silenzio assoluto. Ci tornerei volentieri.

Prima lokatie, mooie grote kamer met koelkast en koffie/thee faciliteiten. Enig min puntje was dat housekeeping om 9.30 uur en 9.45 uur kwam vragen wanneer we weggingen (checkout is pas om 11.00 uur....)

除了大一些的房 沒任何優點 大堂沒有人 前台遲到 網絡差 找不到人 效率低 1）根本沒有前台和保安 遲入住 說3:00CHECK IN 人3:39才慢慢從里面開門.. 態度散漫，遲到一點不好意思都沒有 要不是剛好遇見有人出來 我們要吃西北風 你早點來大堂門口都進不了：） 2）WIFI只在一個點收到 到房間就斷了 只在餐桌收到 去沙發和床就自動收不到 3）住五天只有一次清潔 4）紙巾不足 還要自己買 問了紙巾 說去看看然後一天都沒有回應 也沒有回來告訴你有沒有 5）大堂上去的位置只有樓梯 工作人員不會幫你拿行李 只會在其中一旁看 6）還要自己倒垃圾清潔 什麼要在收拾的範圍里，要不就收取150€ 就你這水平也配收150？ 是忘了自己是酒店吧 民宿都比你好百倍 7）水壼燒出来是灰色的水……

こちらのホテルはフロントが無人の為、事前に送られてくる暗証番号を入れて中に入る仕組み。 しかし、事前のメールが送られて来なかった為、玄関で1時間程立ち往生してしまった。 中から出てきたゲストに開けてもらい、無事入ることができた。 次の日税金の支払い手続きを要求された際に、その旨を話し、暗証番号を聞いたが教えてもらえず、後にメールすると言われたが、滞在中メールは来なかった。 次の日、別の従業員にまた、税金の手続きを要求されたので、鍵をもう一つ用意して欲しいと頼んだが、結局もらえなかった為、滞在中大変不便な思いをした。 また、温度管理は固定されており、事務所で行なっている為、寒くても調節できない。 清掃は5日に1回のため、タオルを毎日使いまわさないといけない。またトイレットペーパーも足りなくなった。 コーヒーと紅茶も1日分しか用意がない。 サービスが悪く、こちらの要望は完全に無視し、税金の取り立てだけは何度も請求される。 立地以外良い点はない。
