Fantastic hotel. Value for money in centre of Brussels. Would stay again.

Close to central station and good Location.

酒店房間非常大，套間有2個獨立衞生間，有浴缸。酒店離大廣場很近，出門逛景點非常方便。酒店早餐豐盛，現烤的華夫餅比外面賣的好吃

房間很暖和，但是整個區域消毒水味道太濃了。服務很友好，位置離gallery和教堂很近。走路去布魯塞爾中央火車站和tootbus站點。算是主要景點邊緣，還是很舒適的酒店環境

酒店十分殘舊，沒有保養好，房間污糟，有一陣舊地墊味，我們CI的時間杯子還有唇膏印，但酒店地理位置方便距離火車站數分鐘，職員有禮。

這個酒店提高了我對比利時的印象，前台很有禮貌，重點是當我進去房間，發現升級成了套房，我真的太開心啦，瞬間更喜歡比利時了！地理位置真的很好，距離中央車站只有步行兩三分鐘的距離，然後酒店門口就是熱鬧的街區，布魯塞爾大廣場就在前面，本次住宿體驗滿分💯

Vacanza lampo per assistere a un concerto. Posizione eccellente e facilmente raggiungibile con i mezzi di trasporto. Staff cordialissimo e disponibile. Camera spaziosa, ma con i mobili un po' ammaccati. Nota dolente la moquette del 4 piano che era sollevata in più punti e dava un senso di sciatteria. Comunque nel complesso tornerei.

灰常灰常吵…..尤其是靠近廣場的房間，全是街頭賣藝的歌聲…..

酒店靠近火車站和布魯塞爾廣場，觀光、出行和購物方便。我入住高級房102，房間在歐洲還算大，但設施老舊到影響入住體驗。 房間燈源少，很黑。看書、用電腦，衹能坐在馬桶上，浴室是燈光最充足的。 乾濕分離就別別想了，澡缸下水慢，站在水裡沖淋。熱水壺燒水很慢，感覺在燉雞湯。 八月的歐洲很多人放假，酒店白天兩個人、晚上一個人在值班。 服務態度熱情，幫助解決問題，但問題很多：沐浴液沒有了，晚上無法添加。電吹是壞的，紙巾沒有了，值班的去酒店地下室才找到。洗手液沒有了… 但地點勝過一切，火車站過來幾百米是石子路，如果有箱子還是很麻煩

位置很好，環境也不錯，唯一就是傢俱比較舊。

Having stayed in a superb NH hotel in Berlin I decided to book this one for Brussels. The hotel itself did not disappoint. It goes the extra mile with lots of nice extra touches, like the candy bar and decent tea/coffee. I particularly appreciated the really decent big hairdryer in the bathroom. Wish more hotels provided hairdryers like this! The breakfast had plenty of choice, including some for gluten free diet. The dining room was relaxed and comfortable We had a small issue with our heating and this was resolved immediately. Reception staff very helpful and friendly. We had a lovely room with a view and it was an amazing view too. There was quite a bit of noise outside from traffic and workers through the night and early morning so not the quietest of places. Having said that the location is superb. We felt safe in the area, there were lots of places to eat nearby and the hotel is very near to the Grand Place which was a bonus. We walked from the Eurostar terminal easily in 30 mins.

During my recent short holiday, I received a warm welcome from Jordi, the receptionist. He not only provided us with comfortable rooms but also offered an excellent list of restaurant recommendations, all of which we thoroughly enjoyed. The hotel room was immaculate, with very comfortable pillows and beds. Our experience in Belgium was exceptional during our first visit. I must commend this NH hotel for its prime location in the heart of Brussels, which allowed us to easily walk to the Grand Place for only 3 mins. 10/10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great location, close to Grand Place Grote Markt. Restaurants close by in the square next to the hotel. Train station behind the hotel. Hop on Hop off bus behind the hotel. Great views from the hotel room. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room very clean and comfy bed.

It is our first time in Belgium and our stay at Hotel NH Brussels Carrefour de l'Europe from 11th till 17th July 2024 made it more memorable. We were blessed to have been given a room facing the beautiful square (Fontaine Charles Buls) and had the privilege to witness the beautiful colors of sunset every night with the towering gothic skyline. Thanks to Jordi and the rest of the team at the reception who were very nice and welcoming. Jordi's handwritten note welcoming us in our room made us feel at home. The breakfast was really good and the staff at the reception were also very attentive and professional. The room is big and clean, the bed is very comfortable, and we just love going back to the hotel after a long day and make our own coffee/tea. We also loved the daily option of not getting our room cleaned and in return, they give us 2 free drinks (soft drinks, juices, wine!). With NH being centrally located in the very heart of Brussels, the hotel is just walking distance to many beautiful tourist spots (Grand place is just a block away), restaurants (streets filled with them) and the shopping district. We spent our last few days just getting lost around the area. There are too many things to see and do, and if you love shopping, this is really a good place for you (we shopped a lot and drop the stuff at the hotel when they get too much to carry and go out again :). We also easily made our way from Bruges and had DIY day trips to Ghent and Antwerp with the hotel being situated just behind the central station (where we our day trip to Dinant and Luxembourg also met). I highly recommend Hotel NH Brussels Carrefour de l'Europe, and given the chance to go back to Brussels, we will for sure stay with them again.
