酒店當日系統當機，所有房卡廢掉，每次出入由櫃檯職員上房開門鎖，相當麻煩。
房間沒hairdryer ，又沒有電話，得親自到櫃檯告知員工，據她所說，酒店有一部分hairdryer 壞了，房間那個沒壞就換到那個房間用，修修補補⋯
似乎當日只有她一名員工，感覺做到有點脾氣⋯但態度還可以。

The bed was very comfortable, the rest of the stay wasn't. The bed had good pillows, the bathroom was absolutely disgusting, mould on the walls and ceiling, cracks in the plaster, dirt in the shower grout. The Restaurant left a lot to be desired breakfast really bad, half cooked food.

Just what you’d expect from a standard premier inn. Plenty of free parking. Supermarkets & costa on your doorstep. Polite staff, clean room and everything in working order. Standard premier inn breakfast at restaurant. No issues apart from WiFi is bad. But I find that a lot at premier inns.

We have stayed here before and took advantage of a good half term deal. We paid £120 for a family room, breakfast and 2 course evening meal Good WIFI and safe parking with a Beefeater restaurant within 50 metres The room was clean and tidy as we would expect from Premier . It’s well situated for National Trust and our visit to Bletchley Park code breaking station We gather it’s very popular for Silverstone Special “shout out” for Tina the Receptionist!

Friendly welcome easy check-in and a very clean comfy room. Especially like the lighting options and a decent shower and bed. Heating worked really well too as it was a cold night. Really handy location as travelling from east to west and needed a stop halfway (was close enough to main road links but without being on top of the busy traffic, as on a retail park tucked away). Buckingham a 5 min drive away and this had some top-notch options for food/social and a decent car park.

Have stopped here the last 3 years the same time of year each year. I have had nothing but good service every time. The staff are helpful and welcoming. I had a medical problem this year and they have been great helping me. The rooms are always clean and can’t beat there showers they are just great

The hotel offers excellent service Nihal and and breakfast team and Faroouk service is excellent, clean rooms, and a great location. Amenities are top-notch, and staff is friendly. However, Wi-Fi could be better. Overall, a great stay for the price. Easy access to train station.

The hotel staff mainly Duya and kerry always go the extra mile to help I can't praise them enough,rooms always spotless and I'm in here virtually every week through work and it just makes it that little bit easier,keep it up ladies doing a brilliant job 👏 😀

Room was terrible, mould in the bathroom / room, paint peeling from lack of care, shower curtain old and tatty, stains on bedding and pillows case. Was away for business and i was kept awak unit 2 / 3 am by noisy guests. Complained but not happened. Got given a free breakfast for the inconvenience, however I already paid for a meal deal during my stay. So not really free. Beef Eaters kitchen closes at 9pm so after a long day at work or trip you cant even get the meal you paid for. a full breakfast isn't work the money either.
