酒店當日系統當機，所有房卡廢掉，每次出入由櫃檯職員上房開門鎖，相當麻煩。
房間沒hairdryer ，又沒有電話，得親自到櫃檯告知員工，據她所說，酒店有一部分hairdryer 壞了，房間那個沒壞就換到那個房間用，修修補補⋯
似乎當日只有她一名員工，感覺做到有點脾氣⋯但態度還可以。

The room was exactly what you come to expect. Bed very comfortable. Only towels for 1 although there were 2 in the room. Breakfast was very disappointing. We had to ask for more fried eggs as what was there had been there a long time. The rest had also obviously been stood a long time. The breakfast was cold. Apple juice was empty. On the 2nd morning cooked breakfast was slightly better but still not very hot. Ran out of orange and apple juice and yogurts. Only 1 member of staff front of house, trying to do everything.

The Buckingham Premier Inn is a very nice hotel. Beds really good, and staff excellent, very helpful and kind. Free WIFI and a good food restaurant nearby. Cannot ask for better service or a cleaner hotel. Cannot think of any reason not to stay there again.

Stayed in accessible room 4 and the wet room was mouldy in several places which is not great and a health risk. The overall cleanliness of the room was also lacking and no clean during our stay meant we had to request clean towels and had to live with full bins. Reception staff were great

We had stayed here earlier in the year and our visit was just as good this time. The check-in, the hotel itself and the room were all excellent, as were the staff (especially Sarah), who were friendly, professional and efficient. Dinner and breakfast in the restaurant were very good, although the service at dinner could have been better. They were busy, but the waitress had to be reminded several times about our drinks and sauces (which we'd asked for) and assumed that we'd memorised the dessert choices from when we first saw the menu on arrival! However, those were little niggles and we'd happily stay there again.

Clean and tidy hotel, polite frendly staff. Did the job and close to ammienities (shops, fuel, food). Keep up the good work. Young blond lady on recetion (apologies, name not known but was on duty night of 09SEP24 handled an IT issue very well and looked after us when booking in.

Steph was lovely on reception.very welcoming.arrived and had a lot of laughter Rooms are always lovely and clean. Car park has plenty of room. Beefeater next door always pleasant and food is good and cheap enough(even though work pays the bill.

Sara was brilliant, very helpful and would definitely recommend the hotel. Hotel room was clean, very helpful staff and every need taken care of. I would definitely recommend the beefeater next too, great staff, amazing food and obviously beer. Thank you Sara for a great stay, will definitely be back. Ross

Excellent hospitality from premier in thank you Sara for your help always at the reception. Convenient location and amenities. Comfy bed ,tidy room, good bar and restaurant at Beefeater, free parking space and all staff members are friendly .
