Stay away. If I could put zero stars then I would. These people are a fraud. They obviously have more than one apartments. I visited this room for 4 nights. Bathroom smelled like sewage and the location was in a building that was really abandoned. The room is on a ground floor with a lot of safety concerns. Old windows and weird neighbors that yelled at us. They tried to buy me off to withdraw my review on *********** but honestly every thing they did and said was dishonest. Room was humid and cheap furniture. I would not stay at this place again even if someone paid me to. Check my reviews on *********** for pictures.

I think some of the reviews here are old or that they have upgraded since. Eyal the owner was available and helpful. We arrived - the bus stop from the airport is right across the street. We came early as our flight was moved earlier- they allowed us to check in 4 hours early. The building may be old but once you step inside the lobby its all brand new. The room was spotless and had everything we needed. There was a receptionist most of the time and if not they were available by whatsapp. The wifi was totally fine. The breakfast was a minute away in a lovely restaurant. They had a happy hour on Friday with free alcohol and drinks. We found our stay to be central and perfect for our needs. We were not looking for luxury but this was perfect for our trip. The reviews here seem to be very negative all the receives on booking were positive.

I warn everyone. I booked a room was supposed to be from 3pm but at 4pm, already being there, I added information that the reservation was cancelled. I got my money back but I stayed with my family without accommodation.

😊 perfect location. Everything is accessible airport bus, tramp and city tour. I like the room its simple and clean. A good recommendation for solo traveller ☹️ I requested to clean the room so i expect when i come back i have new set of towel, face towel, glass are washed unfortunately NO. The only difference was they fold the blanket. 😂 😡 Worst internet connection! If i dont have data i wont enjoy staying in my room. Also 1 unit only can be used but then again even 1 mobile also is damn slow! Photo attached.

Budapest is great but we were a little disappointed with the accommodation. Not quite as expected . The positives are : the central position which was ideal for lots of sightseeing. We never required a bus or tram as we walked everywhere -although be advised that the entrance/stairs etc is unpleasant. The bed was comfy, the shower was good . The room was clean but definitely not “boutique” The negatives are :the room is modern but small and rather basic. there is no one ever available on reception. We received no towels on 2 nights and had to request them by email. We put our items in the safe then it broke and was taken away and not replaced. there was no milk and coffee and tea sachets never replaced . Don’t expect a kitchen area as it’s just a sink, kettle, 2 cups and some cupboards. The room was cold on arrival but did heat up by the next day. The bathroom had no heating as the heated towel rail seemed to be missing. There is no breakfast facility as this is not a hotel.

This is a scam. Total disaster. Looks cheap and weary. Does not match pictures. Heating only by noisy ac. Really poor quality room. Not worth the money paid. Worse than ikea. Host nice though. But was useless in attending to the needs. By the way there is a sink, looks like kitchen, but actually no plates or cutlery
