W Budapest recensioner

My experience here as AMAZING. 1. Location was perfect. Right across from the Opera House and there is a subway station entry right outside of the hotel 2. Facility: this is a newly built hotel (I think they only opened a year ago). Every thing is stylish and beautiful. Consistent with the W Hotels aesthetic. 3. Service: the staff was super friendly and thoughtful. We were celebrating our anniversary and they offered some chocolate and dessert in the room and when we dined there!! 4. They only have one restaurant there that serves Asian fusion at night and break in the morning. I would give it a 4 out of 5. Overall one of our favorites stays ever.

Pros: new and stylish, nice interior design, friendly hotel staffs, good bar and food. Hotel let me do the late check out till 4pm, which is really helpful as my train is at the evening time. Cons: the room is smaller than it states on the booking site. I booked the cosy room, which should be 32 square meters, but it feel like a 20 square meters room. Not much space for luggage and personal belongings. Bathroom is also cramped. Overall service is great, only issue I have is just the overstated room space.

The location of the hotel is excellent, right in the heart of Budapest. The hotel itself is beautiful, and staff ensure that it is clean and well-maintained. The building is unique and visually one of the most stunning that we have stayed in. The staff are generally polite and helpful.

I was told on the arrival day the breakfast combined with buffet and menu options. However, during the breakfast, when I asked for the menu the waitress told me I should just take food from buffet, saying they have wide options( which is not true, the buffet option is really limited ! Then I tried another male waiter with an earring asking for a menu, also got rejected. Then after I finished my breakfast, I noticed there are other white couples were ordering food from the menu. I don’t know if that is discrimination from hotel’s point of view. But I realised all Chinese visitors there were not given an option to order from menu. I asked for investigation but still haven’t got the response so far, such disappointing experience.

It is a wonderful experience staying at the W Hotel Budapest. I am very favorably impressed by the friendly and professional services by hotel staff. The location is outstanding and close to all the good sites of sightseeing. I will be back.

住進世界文化遺產，位於布達佩斯的香榭麗舍大街，正對國家大劇院，斜對面是LV，軟裝絕美，像真正的布達佩斯大飯店！

隔壁是國家歌劇院，走路十分鐘到多瑙河鐵索橋，服務特別好 房間翻新過設計感很強 雙床每張有1.4左右寬 頂樓五樓W天窗很cool 大廳酒店吧氣氛還可以 就是早餐選擇很少

入住當天本來想給五星好評的，因為給我辦入住的黑人小哥態度特別好，都挺滿意的。但是這條差評是送給辦理退房的白人女前台！ 退房的時候跟我要信用卡，我問她幹嘛，她説收一個費用，是我這幾天待在酒店需要付的，我以為是城市税，就把卡給她了！結果刷不出來，因為我關掉了大額刷卡！我問她，為什麼要刷這麼多錢，她支支吾吾的還是説我待在這裏什麼的！最後我問她，你是不是要刷我房費！房費入住之前就在攜程付過了，你為什麼要再收我一次房費，她輕描淡寫的説了句，我搞錯了！這絕對是故意的！絕對不是失誤！這個人就是想多刷一次房費，太噁心，太齷齪了！大家一定要多注意，別被這個人騙了！換個酒店住也挺好的，W有這樣的員工也是管理有問題！

酒店前身是國家芭蕾舞學校 濃烈的藝術氣氛讓人覺得自己是個公主，對面就是國家歌劇院，和LV 秋天的布達佩斯美的讓人不想回家哈哈 早餐很不錯，酒店英語普及率很高 下次還住這裏

房間比較小，最低配房衹有天窗，咖啡牛奶之類的都是免費送，打電話就會有人送上來，設施在布達佩斯應該是不錯的。

就在國家歌劇院正對面 晚飯過後去看了芭蕾舞表演。離所有的景點都非常近！住了10天。一半攜程訂的，一半萬豪會員卡訂的。攜程預訂給的房型差很多，總之，攜程繼續加油吧！希望你在歐洲市場不用都靠其他平台

完美的W酒店，位於著名的歌劇院對面，原來上一次路過時還在整體裝修，外觀已經歡喜了，19世紀的新古典風格的建築，配以清新粉藍～建築的雕刻更具立體和窗花的靚麗。 進入酒店真的是大大的驚喜，2個建築的中庭被圍起來，整體通透 高大，白天 和晚上的燈光都會是各種華麗；左邊是休息區，右邊是多功能餐廳，各種藍色元素裝點 既有古典的繁複也有現代的時尚； 來這裏整個建築就是藝術品，很多細節包括樓梯 大理石拼花地面 拱形的樓道，大面積的花窗。。房間裏更是設計師把元素用到極致，對比色的大大小小的方塊不用材質的各種拼接，卧室運用了不同的粉藍色系，清新時尚舒適感。 晚餐的生意很好 年輕人的彙集地，正縫春節假期，居然有中式的菜系；每個服務生都很漂亮 年輕 熱情
