I would like to preface this review with the fact, that I have never been here and most likely will never come back again. I had worked in the luxury hotel industry, I am very well aware what it requires to have those stars and even then its always about working hard to make your guests stay comfortable and enjoyable so theyd come back. Despite this and with the knowledge that this is only a 3* hotel I aboslutely cannot recommnend this property with clean conscious for several reasons. The first and foremost reason is the cleanliness and the technical state of this hotel. Hotel here being used very lightly because I wouldnt pass this even for a hostel. Either invest some money and solve the major issues plaguing this place or just dont bother extracting money from your guests please. The room was dirty on arrival and when it was cleaned during my stay, nobody bothered to hoover the floor or replenish basic need amenities in the room. That is not acceptable for any hotel. Technically the hotel is in disaray. The rooms have no soundproofed doors which results in every guests banging with them all the time and because the lock doesnt open and close automatically, you have to put your card into the lock before it lets you close the door without the excessive loud banging and unreasonable noise that travels across the hallways because there are no carpets just some terrible looking tiles like in an old hospital. This was a constant occurence during my stay especially at night. So forget about a good night sleep. I could only ever sleep about 3-4 hours after a long day at work. The breakfast is simply not worth your money. Dont bother paying for it. You can get a much better breakfast somewhere in town for a bit less or the same money. I have very high expectations when it comes to standards in hygiene and HACCP (since i work in F&B) but I would not let this breakfast bar pass any quality audit or hygiene audit until it was spotless. Unfortunately its either the lack of training or just simply a management side problem. If you cannot keep your breakfast bar in check, how do you want to manage the rest of the property efficiently? I have decided after 3 unsuccessful visits to the 'restaurant' that I would not like to get food poisoning or catch something from the lack of hygiene I witnessed here. From the cuttlery unwashed and prepared on the tables for use (you could see it was not washed at all because wasshed cuttlery does not look like dried used cuttlery (see attached pictures), I checked multiple and returned them to the lady to have them washed this time) to the plates that were still dirty, to the cups and I dont even want to know if they do any kind of hygiene checks and date checks on food as I overheard on the second day talking about rotting ham in the fridge. So you get the picture. Not even a kettle to boil water or make at least some coffee and tea in your room. Its a sorry excuse of a property. Even if you have a tight budget, pleas

We were there for one night. The staff were very nice, helpful. The room was clean, for us the bed was comfy. The room is a bit small, but nice. The hotel have a parking, but I think only one for 15€/day. The garage is super small, but your car is safe there. If you get it you are lucky. We were :) You can park on the street there too, not expensive.

We stayed here for 5 nights and it was perfect! Beds were comfy and the shower was beautiful! We only had breakfast once but it was tasty and had good choices! Staff were friendly and helpful and the hotel itself was very quiet! Located 5-10 minutes from the metro, it’s in the perfect location to chill but with good access to the city centre!

Overall it was a good 3 nights in Budapest before I went to my next place for the rest of my stay. The room and bathroom were pleasantly clean. The front desk staff were pleasant, helpful and courteous. I would recommend. My only not so positive is regarding the sound proofing of the rooms/walls. Below the door spacings caused all noises to flood into the rooms which could be a bit disruptive when doing work or trying to sleep. Banging from other rooms could be heard through the wall also. Otherwise, I would recommend the property.

If you have any problems, make sure it's in the morning because after that the reception staff cannot resolve anything. The hotel is very noisy; you can hear everything from other rooms and from the street. The hotel's post on ******* says "Daily housekeeping service." On the second day, I left my two towels on the floor to be changed, and when I returned, I found the same (used) towels hanging in the bathroom. On the third day of our stay, we left all the towels on the floor and put up the sign for the room to be cleaned. When we returned to the hotel in the afternoon, we found the beds made but the wet towels still on the floor. We immediately went to the reception to ask for fresh towels, and they first told us that towels are changed every three days. Since it was already the third day of our stay, we kept insisting, to which the receptionist responded that he had no access to the towels. On top of this, during our entire stay, they NEVER changed the bed linens.

We stay there in July 2023 Hotel is very good lokated very central. The staff at reception very pleasant and helpful. Two days before we leave my daughters 12 year's old she went in the shower and when she finished when try to open the glass door that broke and became thousands of peaces. My daughter was insured on her hand. We asked for doctors they don't have, and if they call, one had to pay a lot of money. We asked another room as that one was full of small glass pieces. We took a taxi and went to hospital my daughters had an operation, and they had to stitch her hand. We pay everything. In the morning we asked to see the manager. The lady that owns the refused to see us. We asked for compensation and they said it was the room that we were moved. They didn't bother to ask if my daughter was , and they didst offer us anything. They also asked us to pay 100 euros for the damages we made in their room. Worst hotel atidute I ever saw. Stay away is not a safe hotel. Worst experience I ever had in a hotel.

The hotel has a great location (near the metro). The hotel staff is so nice (patric-desk, fatima-kichen), fortcoming and they help to spend as little as pissible. There was no problem for late check out. The beds are ortopedic, and the pillows very good Very clean Breakfest whit a lott of choices
