Det finns en bugg i Ctrips bokning av utlandshotell. Denna typ av lägenhetsbokning kräver självbetjäning av nycklar, och lösenordet krävs för e-postkommunikation i förväg. Ctrip skickade dock flera e-postbekräftelser och visade bekräftelsekoden, som var värdelös alls, men blockerade e-postlösenordet. Så vi stod i korridoren för att kommunicera och kommunicera, misshandlade. Detta beror på att Ctrip inte förstår utländska marknader och hoppas kunna förbättras i framtiden.

Very very troublesome. Trip.com tried to contact me few days before my stay asking for my email for the hotel to send me instructions. Need to download app etc. Very late check in at 4pm for me. Waited since 12.30pm with my luggages. No luggage storage. Not just me, outside the hotel there were 4 other groups of people waiting and keeps refreshing their email waiting for the check in. Check out at 10am, I have no idea why 3pm still can't finish cleaning. During my 3 day stay there were no cleaning at all so what are you busy with?

Nice n clean room very spacious with a living room and one bedroom . There is also a kitchen for cooking.

The apartment is very spacious and clean, with sofa and balcony. The kitchen is well equipped with microwave and utensils, the only downside is there is no oven, but otherwise everything else was fine. Location is alright, a short tram or underground ride to most attractions or city centre. There are restaurants and supermarket nearby. There is no reception at the property and requires checking in with hotel in advance. Access to property is through downloading an app, which is slightly inconvenient but alright for us.

Located centrally within a short walk to a number of good bars, restaurants and cafes however it can get noisy until the early hours of the morning. The apartment was compact but big enough for 2 people however the bed was a very small queen. There was only 1 coffee capsule for 2 people staying and although there were lots of electrical sockets, they were all for European plugs and not one had a USB connection which would be far more useful for most travellers. The bathroom mirror was laughable - I’m 5ft 2” and could just see the top of my head in it! Instructions to gain entry were emailed on check-in day, which also included downloading an app. This would’ve been useful to know prior to travelling.

Nice stay and cozy. Everything quite well maintained except the couch. Reception available to store luggage. Can cook n wash great!

Metro station, tram station, supermarkets, money exchange are within several minutes walk. Very convenient location. The apartment is spacious and clean. The kitchen and toilets are well equipped. Washing machine and balcony are provided too. The reception was from 8am to 8pm? The fire alarm rang on 31.12.2023 and I had to check means of escape myself to the street. Gladly that fire engine arrived soon. Please respect the rules and not to smoke or light fire indoors.

This is apartment was an excellent choice for a several day visit to Budapest. The location was out of the bustle but easily accessible to public transport and many restaurants. A basic kitchen and clothes washer helped create a sense of home in the middle of a long travel itinerary.

The room was nice, but it was colder than outside. Even though the weather is 12 degrees, we don't have permission to turn on the heater. That’s why I dont prefer the same Hotel for the next time.

Very nice experience with the studio in the city center of Budapest. Well located with great connections to everywhere.

I was really extremly suprised of quality and moder style of apartment. Looks like really luxury and nice. Perfect are electronical blinds on the windows for perfect sleeping. Check in and check out is via reception which works until 8 pm so after could be complicates. Solutions could be safe box for keys. Little bit problem is lissening noise from coridor. This was the best apartment I have booked ever.

Central location and spotless apartments. The room was squeaky clean and the check-in process was quite easy. We arrived a bit earlier than check-in and the front office held our luggages for us (same upon check-out). I would stay here again for sure!

This is by far the best hotel I had stayed for my entire Eastern Europe trip and ironically, it wasn't even the one that I initially booked. The one I'd booked initially turned out that it was overbooked so this one was recommended to me by C-trip which I think was quite a reasonable substitute. This is a fully serviced apartment. It is very big. There is a separate bedroom, kitchen (together with a dining table), toilet, bathroom and living area (sofa bed with a big TV). In addition, there are two balconies overlooking a car park with a very pretty wall art against one of the walls. Firstly, it is located close to some city sights (not sure whether there is a city center in Budapest but everything was just a short hop away by bus or tram). It is close to the Nyugati and Keleti train station but still a good 15 minute walk, otherwise there are buses and trams close by. There are numerous restaurants in the area so there's no lack of choice there. Alternatively, to save a bit of money, you can buy food and cook yourself to save some money (which I did). There is a full kitchen in the apartments with a toaster, kettle, coffee capsule machine, microwave, big oven, dishwasher and of course the full set of cooking utensils (pots, pens, thongs...a cheese grater too!). The apartment also has a washing machine (but no dryer - it has a drying rack, and some drying poles in the bathroom). Reception is not 24 hour though. I think there is someone there from 8am to 8pm. I once left my room key in the apartment when I went out but thankfully it was within the hours where there was someone in reception. There were able to email the key room to me and with this, use my phone to open the door to my apartment (you need to download an app to do this though). Overall, this is by far the best place I'd stayed in for the price I paid.
