This hotel is a hidden treasure off Dob Utca about 8 minutes walk from Oktogon. The room was large, clean, well equipped, warm and includes a very useful kitchenette, should you wish to eat in on any occasion. The bed was pleasantly firm but only supplied with 1 pillow per person. Breakfast is served between 8 & 10 and is a pleasant buffet. We arrived quite late (around 10pm) when reception had already closed & had to ring a telephone number to obtain a code to get onto the building & check ourselves into our room which felt a bit AirBnB-ish but the surprise of finding our room so well equipped made up for that. Overall, a highly recommended & very affordable accommodation option in Budapest.

We arrived after 6 pm but the reception desk had closed. Luckily, I had emailed ahead to inform the hotel that our bus would not arrive in Budapest until after reception closed. The hotel kindly replied with a key code and instructions regarding our key collection. All this went very smoothly. Our rooms were quiet, spacious, warm, and comfortable. Added bonus was a full mini bar. We thought that was a great touch after a very long journey. The ensuite was dated but more than adequate. There was plenty of hot water and towels. A small kitchen area with a kettle was handy. We were more than happy with our rooms. The breakfast was average at best. The tables were too close together and the dining room was very full. The scrambled eggs and sausages were cold.The pastry selection was poor. Breads were available and a tiny toaster. Nice jams. There was a pancake machine, which was nice but no maple syrup. Some fresh fruits were available and alternative milks. No gluten-free options. Freshly made boiled eggs were nice. There was no breakfast tea, only herbal teas and coffee. The reception staff after breakfast were friendly and answered our questions about early check out arrangements. All in all, it was a good experience.

Easy to find, very well located, great access 24hrs Wonderfully spacious & clean rooms Bathroom was heated with Suberin shower - hot & great pressure! Breakfast was plentiful, yet simple! Eggs to order were lovely x Staff could not have been more welcoming or helpful Always so happy & chatty

I booked this hotel for April this year a few days later our flights changed so I contacted the hotel who wouldn’t change our dates although we were booking extra days and refused to give a refund NOT GOOD

Stayed for 3 nights in an apartment style room. Had a bedroom with 2 single beds and a sofa bed in main room with small kitchenette and shower room. The room itself was fine for what we wanted. Clean, air conditioned and quiet as we only wanted to sleep and shower. A few points though: 1 - breakfast is very expensive at €10 per head for continental. If you don’t get it in your room rate then eat elsewhere. 2 - the shower takes very long to drain so you need to be mindful of how much water is at your feet and keep turning the water off to avoid flooding the bathroom. 3 - reception closes at 18:30 so after that it’s a self check in using a lockbox. 4 - area is totally fine, close to trams and underground but I personally wouldn’t go walking late at night.

La peor experiencia de mi vida en un alojamiento. Ojo con este sitio. Yo contraté un apartamento en el hotel y me enviaron a otro edificio sin ningún servicio de hotel, en un estado de conservación pésimo, sin ascensor, con mal olor. Una auténtica estafa. Tanto fue así que no llegué a dormir allí; cancelé la reserva.
