Two nights bed and breakfast booked through Secret Escapes. Friendly and engaging welcome. All crew a delight. Small attic room #14 with sea views. Clean and very well equipped with good quality towels, linen and bath robs. Decent loo rolls and wooden hangers. Spacious en suite with decent shower. We did not risk dinner as breakfast was a bit of a disaster. First morning a "full Cornish." Mostly overcooked or kept under a heat lamp. I needed a chain saw for the black pudding whilst crispy bacon is one thing, brittle quite another. Scrambled eggs the following day were passable but ironically the sourdough had a scant meeting with the toaster. Plastic plants which serve no aesthetic purpose. Apart from that, excellent value.

Seen this place from the beach so took a walk up the hill ,, for some food as we knew the view would be amazing, this is a hotel but we just used the restaurant, waited on for foods and drinks , beautiful restaurant and views , we both had fish and chips , and it was absolutely delicious, staff were very welcoming, would definitely visit again if in Bude

An excellent couple of days at The Beach Hotel, Bude. All staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The rooms were beautifully decorated with lots of little extras - i.e. bathrobes and the bed was soo comfortable. We had an excellent meal both nights at hotel and lots of choice for breakfast. Would definitely recommend.

The Sunday roster was great!!! Nice service !!! The risotto was ok.. Glass of wine was a recommendation of the waitress and was good (£7,8). It was nice and quiet there was no problem with the music and the table was clean. The waitress was nice and welcoming. We had a good time !!!

Lovely warm welcome on arrival, rooms very clean, beds super comfortable. Bathroom spacious and clean. Food in restaurant was delicious evening and morning. Wonderful location looking over the water. Cold water swimming pool a stone throw away

The moment my wife and I arrived at The Beach Hotel reception to check in, we fell in love with the hotel and Bude itself. We had booked one of their Bol y Maer apartments, for Christmas. The lovely Bridget and Paula provided us with all the information we needed to get our weeks holiday off to a good start. They were both so helpful and friendly. The apartment was luxurious to say the least. Spotlessly clean and had a large balcony with a sea view. Everything you could possibly wish for if you are looking for a self catering holiday. A most fantastic Christmas in a most fantastic place. Can't wait to return in 2025 and enjoy the experience all over again. Thank you The Beach at Bude and Bol y Maer.

Amazingly spacious room superfine sized bed, beyond our expectations. Quality stay. Customer service superb. Celebrated a birthday during stay, made to feel special by leaving a card in room and acknowledgements by staff. Thoroughly recommend

Just got home from a two night stay at The Beach at Bude hotel and I have to say that we had a lovely spacious room with gorgeous sea view, the staff were friendly and efficient, the breakfasts were freshly cooked and very tasty and the meals in the restaurant were excellent! All in all a wonderful experience and can’t wait to return. Thank you all.

Lovely hotel overlooking the beach at Bude. Shout out to the super friendly team, especially Jane, who we loved. Big dining/drinking terrace and rooms facing the evening sunset. Beautifully appointed room (11), with balcony and large bathroom. The Elements restaurant is excellent and clearly a favourite for the discerning locals, it was buzzing on the night we dined. The service, food and reasonably priced wine list was faultless. Important to note that the advertised menu doesn’t include the extensive impressive “specials menu” with at least 4 additional choices of starter, main & desert. We enjoyed a perfectly cooked whole Brill with salsa verde, salad and roast new potatoes. This menu was also where the steak of the day was found, to go with the selection of sauces listed on the main menu. To top it off, a constant stream of top notch cocktails was clearly one of the reasons for their popularity. Great choice.
