Beautiful hotel in a convenient setting. The hotel is beautifully clean and the staff cannot do more to help you. The rooms have huge spaces and huge bathrooms with really nice showers and a big bath! It was my birthday during our stay and they arranged a lovely bottle and a cake for me in my room when we came back one evening. Would definitely stay here again. The breakfast has a huge range of selection so no need to worry about choices! Thanks for a fab stay!

!!! AVOID !!! KEEP POSSESSIONS SAFE AND MONITORED!!! I am aware of the positive reviews but from my personal experience this hotel is NOT 4 stars, saying it scrapes a 3 star is being generous. 2 star from my experience. We were given an early check in only to have multiple issues with the room, the bed sheets had rips in them, the pillows were as comfy as a bag of marbles, the unit had a large mark/chip of damage, the rug on the floor was dirty, some drawers had hair in them!! The shower was faulty, some damage to the bathroom door. The phone to reception was faulty, I had to hold the line in the wall for it to work! And when we did use the phone to ask the staff to bring bathrobes I had to repeatedly ask despite being told they would bring some up immediately. The cleaning baskets were always left on the floors. There are no cameras in the corridors which seemed very convenient after finding out on the the second morning of our stay that 190 euros was missing from my wallet which I left in my case in the hotel room!! I made several complaints about this matter and even went to the local police. It was not resolved and the hotel staff just palmed it off and insisted that I should have used the safe, as if it was my fault!!! It took DAYS to get in touch with someone from the Aycon Group, the local head office on the maps was a run down apartment building!! Even when we had a reply it was very unsympathetic and unhelpful. The fact this chain even continues to exist is mind boggling. I will update this review with pictures, as they are on my partners phone. May be good for a couple nights stay but we had to endure for a week. I am glad to be heading back home, to the UK so that says it all!!! Good riddance

Nice clean room 4002 cleaning staff very good and helpful. Very happy with the hotel and staff. Parking can be difficult if you are hiring a car so allow extra time to ind a space. The car parks are very expensive. Beautiful country sea and mountains.

Proper hotel maar het ontbijt was erg slecht.. geen normaal brood, alleen stukjes stokbrood met karig beleg.. cocktails waren smakeloos. Onder de vakantie ging FTI failliet dus we moesten direct 700 euro betalen aan de bali of er binnen een half uur uit.. haven met winkeltjes ligt ook niet echt op loop afstond dus daar moet je ook met de auto heen. Kamers waren wel oke

Ein nettes Hotel in der Nähe von Ende der Promenade, Zimmer tadellos, sowohl Größe wie die Ausstattung , mit Balkon, ist auch täglich sehr gut servisiert, Pool indoor, oben nur Jacuzzi, nur das Restaurant hat ziemlich viel Luft nach oben was sowohl das Essen wie auch Personal anbelangt
