Hampton Inn & Suites Buena Park

Walls are literally paper thin. So. Much. Noise. Don’t expect to get any sleep here. Doors slamming. People stomping. Loud TVs. Changing rooms doesn’t help. If you want rest, stay elsewhere. Staff will tell you they will help out but do nothing.

Great hotel have stayed in one before and was as good as this Breakfast good choice and early or later times 6.30-10am Pool and gym also great and a small hot tub to use Staff friendly and helpful for local food choices Can walk to some fast foods but maybe 30mins away

We stay here (almost) every time we visit Disney when we don’t want to stay across the Parks. We enjoy it a lot and the employees are always friendly. The rooms are always clean, and if ever there is an issue the management is so quick to resolve.

I was part of school group that stayed at this hotel. It was a great experience. The staff were excellent. The hotel was very clean. Breakfast was awesome. Comfy beds. Close to the freeway for easy access to sights but not so close as to have road noise. The only complaint is there wasn’t any walkable restaurants or stores - just a gas station across the streets but then again the greater LA area isn’t walkable so it was totally fine. I would absolutely stay here again.

This is my second stay here, yes the walls are thin and we were in the 3rd floor. I did wake up when the family above us came into their room. While it didn’t seem they were being loud or jumping sounds do travel easily to rooms. I was in a suite and only had to deal with people above and below. The hotel has been clean and staffed appropriately. Like most pools in California the water isn’t heated, the pool is in the back next to the parking lot. The pool is clean, hot tub is hot and decent sized for California. The breakfast is a standard Hampton inn breakfast, the hotel had staff to clean up messes when they did happen and to clean the tables. There is nothing special about the breakfast, they have two waffle irons you can always expect a line on a weekend. Our hotel room, sheets and sofa bed were all clean. The hotel is newer and doesn’t have the dated feel. Once again the rooms are nothing to hype up they are basic rooms, this is a Hampton inn and for what you are paying it’s a great little room. The hotel charged my card the appropriate amount, staff was friendly, I didn’t have any issues with my stay. I do prefer the Hilton Anaheim when I come to town as I usually get upgrades but my kids prefer to get their own food, they enjoy making waffles so every once in a while I do break out of the norm and stay somewhere different. I am a diamond member with Hilton, I do travel to California 7-12 times a year, this hotel is on par for SoCal area. With that being said I did get an average night sleep at this hotel. The worst sleep I’ve had in the parks district was Hilton Garden inn Anaheim resort. I do not pack lite when I come to California, I usually come for business trips, I prefer hotels that have valet parking and bell hops.

Our 1 night stay was short but memorable. Your employee, Miguel was working the over night shift. We got in around midnight to find that there were no parking spaces available. He went out to assist and told us to park where I thought we wouldn't be able to but assured me it was okay. 2am comes and my daughter who had been at a concert all night was in search for a parking space also. Miguel was so kind to give up his own parking space for my daughter to park. I had a short conversation before she had arrived and could tell he is a great person. Miguel is definitely an asset to this location. His genuine, friendly personality is appreciated.

This Hampton Inn is located near Knott's Berry Farm and not far from all other parks, about 30 minutes from the airport (depends on traffic). The rooms feel maintained with care and the staff always kept up with my family's requests. Breakfast was great, as I've been at many other Hamptons and it feels warmed up in the microwave, here it's hot and soft, not burnt. Bath products are the new herb-type ones.

The beds feel like sleeping on a cloud. Everything looked clean from top to bottom. All the electronics worked (tv, wifi, refrigerator, lamps). Towels/sheets were stacked neatly. I have no complaints.

I was very impressed by the costumer service when I arrived at the hotel and also the cleanliness and hotel look is too notch. Breakfast was great and very quiet atmosphere , housekeeping was excellent and the location of the hotel is very nice
