If you are looking for a great economical hotel with a fantastic location please book nights at the HTL Baires hotel in Buenos Aires! My husband and I were welcomed by the hospitable front desk staff who answered all of our questions and were there for us every day! Kudos to Tomas, Nicolas, Victoria and Amica. They are lovely to work with! We recommend spending extra money for the delicious breakfast 🍳. Our vacation in this beautiful, historic city was perfect! We highly recommend it with 5 🌟 stars!

The most srtessfull hotel expirience in South America. This hotel does not follow *********** rules - we had to pay 20% more then the *********** price. But even this unfair price took away an hour of our presious late night time. Instead of easy check in and peacfull sleep, we had to talk and wait at 10 pm for a long time. The price per one night at booking was 29k peso. The hotel was insisting on the payment in dollars via credit card (2.3 times more), or 36k in cash - imcluding 21% tax which is waved for foreigners paying with a credit card. After exhausting negoutiations, they agreed to charge 36k peso via the credit card. It's a robbery in the middle of the night. On top of that, instead of using the regular key or keycard, they tell you to download and install some unknown app to access the room!

Basing the review on the price of the stay. It was inexpensive and very good location. Room was decent. We arrived early and they had a secure location for our luggage. For the price it was excellent. Location was good for touring the city. Front desk spoke english.

Me estafaron!! Reserve y pague por habitación triple, me entregaron una doble!! cuando les reclame , los empleados con carita de póker me decían que me darían el desayuno sin costo por la confusión!!! pero éramos 3, y solo teníamos una sola cama matrimonial!!!!! Les exigí la devolución del dinero para irme a otro hotel y me decían que eso no era posible!!! Al margen comento que nuestro viaje estaba programado para realizarle a mi hijo estudios en el Garrahan, viajamos desde el interior para esto, necesitábamos tener una noche de descanso, y nos generaron muchísimos problemas!!! Lo único que se nos ocurrió es pedir sabanas para armar una cama en el sillón y nos dejaron solo las sabanas de abajo, porque decían que no tenían!!! les exigimos que al menos nos traigan un juego como la gente y recién media hora después nos la traen! Por supuesto armamos nosotros la camita en el sillón, porque decían que ellos ya no tenían personal para hacerlo/ a todo esto ya eran las 23.30hs y nosotros seguíamos sin poder descansar para el día siguiente que debíamos comenzar el día desde temprano!! Bueno.. y la limpieza ni les cuento!!! pelos en el baño, por donde se lo mire!! el piso mugriento y se nota que cero desinfección !!Fue una experiencia de terror!! Gente no recomiendo este hotel ni a mi enemigo!!
