Urbanica the Libertador Hotel

We stayed at the Urbanica for one night on our way back from Iguassu, before catching our flight back to London. We primarily chose the hotel because of it's proximity to the domestic airport, knowing that we were due to arrive late at night. However as well as the location being good, it turned out to be a decent hotel for the money. The room was pretty spacious, with a comfy bed and good shower. The girls at reception were friendly & helped us find a cambio to change our leftover pesos back to GBP. We didn't try breakfast, but understand that there is a small coffee / sitting area with cakes & biscuits that guests can help themselves to. Unfortunately we were in a rush the next morning so didn't have a chance to sample it, but it looks good.

Urbanica Libertador Hotel is close to the airport but isn’t really an airport hotel. It takes a while by taxi and still costs about $US15. It’s not much to look at from the outside but the rooms are very modern and spacious. The bathroom is also big and clean. I was only there for a few hours after a later flight in and an early flight out, but it was certainly a peaceful and restful room for my needs. The room cost me $US110 for the night. I had the hotel organise a taxi – don’t do it. Buenos Aires Airport is crazy and taxis are not allowed to hang around, especially to park and come and get you from arrivals. So the massive hassle of catching the organised taxi took longer and caused more angst than was necessary. There are plenty of taxis at the airport you can jump into. The hotel organising the taxi back to the airport is obviously much more convenient. Urbanica Libertador Hotel is a good option for transiting near the International Airport in Buenos Aires. This is a very simple hotel. You get a bed and nice bathroom. There is a pool on the top floor but it was too cold. No gym, no sauna. Minimal breakfast with coffee, croissants, cheese, orange juice and fruit. Great location and safe neighborhood. It can be noisy, get an upper level room.

Localizado em um excelente bairro de Buenos Aires. Atendimento muito simpático e prestativo. Quarto grande e roupa de cama e banho boas. O café da manhã foi uma ótima surpresa do hotel, com uma boa variedade e ótima qualidade. O terraço do hotel tem uma vista muito bonita, inclusive do estádio do River.

El hotel es excelente. Muy bien ubicado y con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días en Buenos Aires. Tiene desayuno muy completo, piscina, estacionamiento y las habitaciones son muy comodas. Además a pesar de estar frente a Av. Libertador es muy silencioso. Recomiendo!

La calificación de la experiencia sería BUENA. El hotel está bien ubicado, tiene un starbuck debajo y varios lugares para ir a comer cerca. Libertador permite justo alli realizar un giro y retornar, por lo que tambien agiliza la movilidad. La atención es correcta ya atenta, tanto en recepción como en el area de desayuno, en el cual se puede pedir opciones como huevo revuelto pero no encontré que li diga en ningun sitio. Es un desayuno básico para lo que se paga por el hotel. El descanso es correcto.
