Good location by the entrance of the Bukhara old town. Warm and friendly service from the front desk with upgrade offer. Water is not hot during taking the bath, but acceptable.

I didn't take pic of the room as it is just a basic room. The staffs are polite and helpful. They don't speak English very well. The surrounding is very close to places of interest in Bukhara such as Ark of Bukhara, Ismail Museum, Chor Minor. It is very easy to walk around. The proximity from the hotel is within 30min walk.

This is a very nice hotel. I found it very clean and comfortable. The workers are also nice and friendly, and they speak English very well. The price you pay here is worth the services it offers. If I were to return or visit Bukhara again, I would definitely feel okay to spend the night here. The pictures show the type of room I booked, and some parts of the environment inside this hotel.

New place that feels more intimate than your typical hotel. Family that runs it is Nice. The reception lady, her name is Malika, was very hospitable and helpful with directions. The room itself felt more like an apartment than a sterile hotel room. Bathroom much bigger than pictures suggest and the bathtub was very roomy. I had a relaxed stay. Be advised that the sauna and the pool is a separate payment. Also, breakfast is included in the price, despite what trip.com says. Very pleasant surprise. Breakfast is not buffet style, but rather set up on your own table at their restaurant. Still it was very delicious and more than enough (dried blueberries, nuts, assorted bread, jam, butter, three kinds of cheese, sour cream, ham, sausage, egg, and some dessert). I requested for rice and they promptly provided it.

Отель превзошел все мои ожидания. Номер царский. Завтраки вкусные! Отношение хорошее. Местоположение тоже. Рядом много магазинов и даже торговый центр.

Отель на высшем уровне! Номер чистый, со всем необходимым! Расположение очень удобное, все достопримечательности в шаговой доступности, буквально 10 мин пешком. Завтраки вкусные! Остались очень довольны!

酒店服務還可以，主要因為没有升降机，對持有行李遊客非常不便。早餐尚算足够，祇是得一台咖啡机，人多時要等一段時候。

Отличный отель, все чистенько и хорошо. Но на стойке берут туристический налог, который нигде на Трип ком не прописан. Обычно он прописан или в сумме или в доп оплатах. Я бы посоветовал отелю это исправить.

酒店位置好，從布哈拉火車站站出來，可以坐378路公交車（車費3000當地錢，約合不到2元人民幣），車程30分鐘左右，在酒店附近有公交車站。酒店離老城不遠，走路10-25分鐘可到老城，酒斜對面有銀行，從酒店出來往右手邊走，見環島往右手邊直行可到老城，環島往左手邊直行有大型連鎖超市。酒店早餐豐富。

清潔感があり、とてもリーズナブル。周囲もケバブ屋などがあり、とても便利だった。楽しい旅になりました。

有部分房費要現場付，刷卡時前台多輸了50000索姆，説是銀行佣金，但銀行手續費明明是額外標出來的3千多。烏茲別克斯坦基本上每家酒店都有到了現場額外多收費的情況，我覺得是想騙遊客錢，利用語言障礙裝傻充愣，你堅持不給他們也沒繼續要，到烏茲別克要特別注意這一點。 酒店的硬件設施還是不錯的，就是你不掛那個綠牌子他不給你打掃，晚上回去後我發現他沒給我換垃圾袋

位於老城邊上，步行十五分鐘可至老城中心；交通也很方便。酒店設施條件良好，也很新。
