Shahzan Inn Fraser's Hill recensioner

This was the first time coming here. The hotel was newly renovated. The cleanliness was good, the amenities provide in the room also good - slippers, towels, toothbrushes and toothpaste, iron board and dryers as well as coffee and tea making. However i cant comment on the facilities as we never used any during our 2D 1N stay. But during our stay they were also some renovations done. Overall, it was a good stay. Walkable to the fraser hill clock and some eateries.

One of the best accomodation in Fraser Hill. Recommended for solo, group and family trip

This is the perfect getaway when you're feeling overwhelmed with work and need to escape into nature. The hilltop location offers such a cool and refreshing climate that you won’t even miss air conditioning. While the food selection is a bit limited, especially considering the price of RM450 per night, the calming views more than make up for it. I’ll definitely be returning for the serenity this place provides.

Clean Strategic location Friendly staff

The hotel was still under renovation at certain parts, so the room was quite dusty. The newly renovated room was nice, but there was no air cond or fan. I had to request a stand fan which was very noisy. The breakfast option has fewer selections compared to the last time I visited. Also, there was a male staff member there who was a little unwelcoming.

I went into the hotel room after it was remodeled and spent some time in a very clean and fresh atmosphere.

Totally not recommended to book this place. The interior is very poor, looks dirty. The duration we stayed so happened to have water shortage and there is no water so have to get own bottled waters. Everything inside is spoilt and seems zero maintenance done. There is a very musty smell likely due to the worn and old carpet. Cupboard is also broken and has a weird smell so not possible to store any clothings. Pls book at your own risk or comfort level!!

It's a very very old hotel, it will meet the basic needs, room has no fan no aircon and no fridge, anyway the temperature on fraser's hill is pretty cooling, so it's still quite comfortable. Hotel free Wi-Fi is only available at lobby, staff are quite helpful.

Old school facilities..food ok2 ja Cleanliness poor..need upgrade facilities in room and toilet.. Not worth at all

Staff friendly but hotel room Not worth the price .. room , furniture & blanket all very dusty .. electric plug all very rusty ,dangerous to use .. please make an improvement for a better !!!!
